写作:
If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire: an inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

1.开头
2.成本
3.热情
4.让步并总结

With the development of modern society, increasingly company often face the dilemma of whether to hire a person with little experience at low salary, or to hire a person with a lot of experience in that area but cost the company a lot. With all aspects carefully considered, I believe that employ a inexperienced person may be a good choice.

When concerned about costs of the company, it is obviously that inexperienced employee is a better choice. Everyone knows, the goal of every company is to profit. So we cannot emphasize the importance of costs any more. For instance, our company, which was a foreign invested enterprises, paid only 2000$ to hire a student who graduated in this year. But in contrast, it will pay 6000$, almost three times expenses, for a experienced one. So when considered as a long time, hire an inexperienced person will save a great mass of money, and makes the costs of company comes down.

Another advantage of employ an inexperienced person is that a person who did something just started will always has more passion than the person who did something repeatedly. Do a same work of all time always make people boring, what's more, makes the employee tired of this work. When this situation continues to going on, the efficiency of whole company will gliding down. So the new comer's passion to do work is also something I considered a lot.

I can foresee some opposing voices, those people would not hesitate to retort me that experienced worker will finish their duty more skillful. It is true that those people did things more quickly, and better perhaps, but there is no deny that the skill could be practice in a period of time, however, the costs of a company and the passion of an employee can never be practice. So in conclusion, hire an in experienced person can be more reasonably treated as a wiser choice.

口语:What do you consider to be the most important room in a house? Why is this room more important to you than any other room? Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.

Well, personally speaking, the most essential room for me in the whole house is the study room, which contains a big bookshelf occupied a whole side of wall.
The first reason I love this room is that stay at study room makes me learn lots of things. By reading books in this room, I can learn the knowledge of science, or immerse myself into poems, or travel with the characters in a novel. All above is the reason why I love this room.
What's more, in my study room, I also can have a very relax time there. I can drink a cup of coffee besides my table, with some music brimming over the room and my heart. That's so wonderful.
So because of these reasons, I am concerned my study room as my favorite room in my home.

层次感一如LZ自己的划分,有点小错误
