In nowaday society, the competition among people is so hard that no one can get success easily. Especially in economic area, the people who take different jobs achieve success differently. However, individuality is one of the elements that can help you get more opportunities to reach forward your goal.

Firstly, Individuality can improve people's competence, and cultivate creativity. In economic area, a company can thrive on a brilliant innovation, the innovation even can save an almost bankrupt company sometimes. In addition, it is a wrong direction to find creativity through conformity. As a leader of a company, individuality is one of the most important characters of him, and without this quality, his company probably will go into a bog of ideologism, and it may induce a result that lack of vitality. In contrast, individuality provides a company with more fresh idea when it faces some serious problems, and these new ideas more tend to lead the company to find a new road to success. For example, Coca-Cola Company established in 1891, at that time, there were many other brands of drinks in the market. In order to be unique, the Cola-Cola Company cost six point five million dollars in designing of the bottle appearance. Consequently, unique bottle appearance and brand pattern make this brand embed customers' heart, and until today, it is still the most popular drinks in the world.

On the other hand, Individuality make a person thinks different from others, hence, he\she may get more opportunities. All of us have experienced such situation: during class time, if a teacher asks a complex problem, which confuses all class, then one student raise his hand, and try to answer the question, even though his answer is incorrect, the teacher will not reproach him\her, on the contrary, the teacher may give him\her an appreciation, furthermore, the student get a chance to walk a step forward the truth at the same time. We often meet such circumstance in economic field, when we lose direction, and do not know what should we do, then, to be individuality, and to be a risk-taker can provide us with more opportunities. A example in this point is Bill Gates, who is the richest man in the world, but the fact surprises me so much is he did not finish his undergraduate course. He left the school when he is just a sophomore, and started his career by establishing Microsoft. Finally, he achieves his dream and makes the Microsoft become a multinational monopoly company in operate system of computer. If he takes conformity with other students not until he graduated from the Harvard, another "Microsoft" may have been already established by other individuality people.

Admittedly, emphasizing the importance of individuality too much also will also lead to extreme side- arbitrariness. Nevertheless, considering conformity as the only safe way to deal with any circumstance, then it will deviate far from success. The wisest way to success is that we should try to find a balance between individuality and conformity, which is making your decision by yourself, and absorb other people's reasonable suggestions to perfect your plan. Thus, you will get the way to success. It is much like when you play basketball, you cannot refuse to pass the ball, and just play by yourself, of course, you cannot always pass the ball to your teammate for avoid making mistakes. Combine your personal skill and teamwork spirit, and then, your team will have more chances to win.
