Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Advertising can tell you about a country. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

I strongly agree with the notion that the advertising can reflect a country, The advertising are representative of people from different generation in a nation, we can tell the economic , life style and culture from them. the reasons are as follows.

To begin with, advertising can vividly reflect its nation's economic, advertising itself is a means in order to meet people's specific need which link producer with consumer, in fact, we often imagine a country's economic by its people's living standard ,in other word, by the product, Generally speaking the more popular advertising ,the more popular the product, for example, in china, twenty years ago, i remember that the washing machine advertising are more welcomed, and decade ago, we see air conditioner and refrigerator advertising everywhere, these days, perhaps the we most familiar with the ad picture of computer and automobiles in TV and roadside, From these point we may believe the fact: advertising reflect a nation's economic.

In the second place, advertising can truly demonstrate a country's culture and customer. for example, KFC is a large corporation which has los of multiply shops worldwide, its advertising strategy is quite different in china and in the USA. after looked it over carefully, we can see the tradition of the nation played a significant role which determined the efficiency of a advertisement, it is the culture that make same product several visions in different countries.

Last but not least, a country's  life style can be told by its nation's advertisement. from clothes advertisement,  We can read a nations costume fashion, from food advertisement, we can read a nation's people's taste, from apartment advertisement, we can read a nation's living habit. from vehicle advertisement, we can read a nation's passenger's favor. Therefore, advertisement provide us numerous information about a nation's people and their life.

To sum up, from aspects discussed above, we can safe to say that advertising  tell us a nation's history and daily life, so if we want to know a country ,go to see its advertisement.
