Argument2:The following appeared in a letter sent by a committee of homeowners from the Deerhaven Acres to all homeowners in Deerhaven Acres.
"Seven years ago, homeowners in nearby Brookville community adopted a set of restrictions on how the community's yards should be landscaped and what colors the exteriors of homes should be painted. Since then, average property values have tripled in Brookville. In order to raise property values in Deerhaven Acres, we should adopt our own set of restrictions on landscaping and housepainting."

Even assuming that B’s rising property values are attributable to the implement of these restriction , this case has been past 7 years ,however ,this is not necessarily so .Perhaps regional culture ,economic shifted during the last 7years ,and may arrange their own yard and panting is very popularity . Since the argument fails to rule out other alternative explanation for willingness of home-buyers, the argument’s conclusion is unwarranted.
In sum, the argument is unpersuasive as it stands, to strengthen it the argument’s proponent must provide evidence that other factors affecting home prices in the two area are similar .What is more the leader should make a wide and deep investigate of home-buyers, for whose intention is the final crucial factor, however before any final decision are made about the restriction should evaluate all possible alternatives and causes for price increase of house in B.
