Argument180
words:507    times: 2hours

                                 Argument180
Acme Company’s personal director argued that Acme would benefit greatly by requiring all of their employees to take the Easy Read course based on other company’s reports and two graduates of the course. But, apparently, there are obviously logic errors between the evidences and the conclusion what the author made
First, the author assumed that all of the students who have ever taken the Easy Read Speed-Reading Course may acquire the same effects as the same as the two graduates of the course. However, the author provides no evidence that this is the case. Perhaps they are very specially because of their good stuff before they took the course. So, they can’t on behalf of other people at large. It is possible that the score of other graduates are not ideal.
Secondly, even if the two graduates are representative, but, whether the graduate who was able to read a five-hundred-page report in only two hours could bring benefits to Acme Company? The author didn’t provide enough evidences to support his assume. Perhaps the report was excessively simple to read, even if a person who don’t receive the reading course can finish it in 2hours or even shorter. So the graduate use 2hours just show that he was inefficiency. Or, perhaps even if he finished it in a short time, but, only remembered few of the contents of the report or even don’t understand it completely. Thus, whatever how many pages he can read quickly, it has nothing to do with promoting the acme company’s profits.
Thirdly, similarly to the error mentioned before, the author false to contribute the rose of the other graduate from an assistant manager to vice president of the company in under a year to has taken the Speed-Reading Course. But the author provides no evidences to substantiate this assumption. Obviously, there are many loopholes in it. The rose may not because of the reading ability; it is completely based on his outstanding achievement. Even if the rose was relating to the reading ability, it also can’t represent the other people.
Fourthly, even if those graduates could support the author’s assertion, but, as it know to everyone, there are different companies and different stuffs. Perhaps the course was usefully to other companies, but it has no worthy with Acme Company. Even if it can also benefit the acme company, however, it doesn’t necessary if the reading skills of stuffs of the company were good enough.
Finally, even if the stuffs need to take the course, it didn’t require every of stuff. Maybe there are any works that doesn’t need speed-reading at all. Furthermore, it requires giving three weeks holidays to stuffs who need to take the course with salary. The loss may outweigh the gains.
In conclusion, the author’s assertion that Acme Company would benefit greatly by requiring all of our employees to take the Easy Read Course based on the evidences above is unimpressive. To convince me, the author must provide the average level of the graduates who have taken the course.

Acme Company’s personal director argued that Acme would benefit greatly by requiring all of their employees to take the Easy Read course according to the success of other company’s reports and two graduates of the course. But, apparently, there are obviously logic errors between the evidences and the conclusion that the author made
First, the author assumed that all of the students who have ever taken the Easy Read Speed-Reading Course may acquire the same effects as(不过要是我,我可不这样表达) the two graduates of the course. However, the author provides no evidence that this is the case. Perhaps they are very special because of their good stuff(在此是什么意思?) before they took the course. So, they can’t stand for other people at large(at large在此你想表达什么意思啊,我不明白).
Thirdly, similarly to the error mentioned before, the author false to contribute the role of the other graduate promoted from an assistant manager to vice president of the company in under a year to has taken the Speed-Reading Course(无理取闹,去看看什么GRADUATE的定义吧). But the author provides no evidences to substantiate this assumption. Obviously, there are many loopholes in it. The rose may not because of the reading ability; it is completely based on his outstanding achievement. Even if the rose was relating to the reading ability, it also can’t represent the other people.

Even if it can also benefit the acme company, however, it doesn’t necessary if the reading skills of stuffs of the company were good enough.
Finally, even if the stuff need to take the course, it does not require every body Maybe there are some kinds of jobs that do not need  reading at all. Furthermore, it requires giving three weeks holidays to stuffs who need to take the course with salary. The loss may outweigh the gains(这个论据是你自己推测的吧,)
In conclusion, the author’s assertion that Acme Company would benefit greatly by requiring all of their employees to take the Easy Read Course based on the abovementioned  evidences is unpersuasive. To convince me, the author must provide the average level of the graduates who have taken the course.
