我第一次写作文，还很匆忙，一定有很多疏漏，还请大家多多指正。
Issue 5
The course a student took before college woulddetermine their college study. If they study the same nation curriculum untilthey enter college would have an equal level, that will made the entrance equaland professor's convenience.
However, different regions, especiallylarge countries, maintain diverse cultures, educational backgrounds, habits andeconomic levels. Such as in China,you could not suppose that Beijing kids have thesame level to Tibetkids. When Beijing kids play computer games, Tibet kids mayplay cows and sheep. Beijing kids speak mandarinall the time since they said the first word, but Tibet kids may more familiar withthe Tibetan language rather than mandarin. And between them, it is impractical andpresumptuous to impose the same requirements and criteria on populations who donot undergo the same social experience.
Furthermore, at present, no society can guaranteeall students the opportunity to go to college. The numbers of colleges are limited.The one who can go into college is a small and superior part. The large numbersof students have no opportunity to receive college education. If they took the samefoundation national curriculum, they have no ability to satisfy the society. So,it is quite necessary to provide various technical skills to students across thenation who is not expecting a higher education.
Nevertheless, that is not to say the coursesetting based on school’s desire at random. In some way, moral level can reflecta nation’s level. A nation must improve their moral education. And so are thesocial skills, for students without it cannot exist in the society.
In summary, national curriculum is not shouldrequire or not, but to choose the suitable one.
