In modern society, individual needs and interests are more and more respected and advocated. Consequently, they also considered to be one of the most significant factors in modern education. However, the education absolutely designed according to individual needs and interests is not necessarily to be so effective as the speaker claims and actually, it is infeasible in current condition.  

Admittedly, it is necessary for effective education to take care of individual characteristics well. One of the goals for educationis to explore people's potential and foster the experts for society, which indicates that individual characteristics must be emphasized in education design. And in history, the people who got brilliant achievements are always the ones working on the field wherethey loved.Newton, Beethoven and Shakespeare all had the interests be their occupations. Thus an effective education can not ignore theaspect of students themselves. Take Einstein, one of the greatest physical scientists as an example. In his senior high school, the conventional and rigid education system became the blockage in his way to explore the limitless unknown world and he was ultimately expelled from school due to his unique behaviors on class. It is lucky that Einstein did not yield to the inexpedient education and left the irreplaceable contribution to human today. Once he surrendered to the school and gave up his interests and ideality, it would become the weightiest loss to human in history. Contrarily, if the educators adopt the appreciate methods on Einstein’s education, the Unified Field Theory may not be a riddle now. Thus, individual needs and interests should be paid the most attention in education design.

However, the aspect mentioned above are not the whole of education, overly emphasizing on individual will impact other functions of education, such as fostering students the ability of communication and keeping society harmonious. It is natural that more emphasis on individual will bring up the sense that they were the center of world. This would undermine students' communication ability. Moreover, in the case that everyone was educated separately, they would be used to think by their own way and ignore others' ideas. It would cause the lacking of common sense, which was usually the obstructionfor communications between individuals. The diversified education will also make the society be filled by various contradict ideas and in the nature of things, more conflicts could be expected. So except for the appropriative education, students also need general one to learn about others' thought and construct the basic common social plate.

Actually, it is impractical to design the education to absolutely meet individual needs and interests in current conditions. Firstly, individual interests are always variational, however, the education can hardly keep up with it. AndIt is normal for general education that a person who love singing in childhood becomes a successful dancer when grow up due to the change of his interests. But diversified education was unable to provide to conditions for student to change his interests and future occupation, since the students have little opportunity to contact with other courses, not mention to sufficient educationresource. Secondly, absolute diversified education needs an abundant education resource which can hardly be satisfied today. More experts and instruments are required by the multifarious interests. However, in some of the districts in the world today, the basic elementary education can not be guaranteed yet, how can we provide extra resource to meet everyone's interests.  

To sum up, it is sure that individual needs and interests can not be neglected in effective education, however over emphasis on individual would cause damage in the communication ability of students and impact the stability of society. Regarding to the limit education resource today, the diversified education is infeasible at all.

开头就没什么可说的了However, the education absolutely designed according to individual needs and interests is not necessarily to be so effective as the speaker claims and actually, it is infeasible in current condition. 这句话还是希望你好好斟酌下,偶的语法不好,没办法说出具体的东西,可还是觉得这个THE用的非常别扭,当然,我水平太有限,说错了就当没说过哈~~:loveliness:

第一段:EINSTEIN并没被从学校开了,这个不是主要的吧~~关键是他的导师因为他不去上课而不给他写推荐信,这个真是要命啊!!

你自己谦虚的说平庸的原因可能也是因为这几个大家都用的例子吧~呵呵 LOL
第二段:比较不理解,题目中只说到了针对每个人的兴趣,可是你这里用到的直接是everyone was educated separately,这个不是很严密吧~:)
diversified education!!这个现在的教育就是吧,和education absolutely designed according to individual needs and interests 程度还是不一样的吧~~

暂时先说这些吧,呵呵,语言的功底很好,长句子用的也很好,下午有考试,怕晚上上不了寄托,所以先草草的说了~不对的,见谅哈

同上 楼主的语言很棒,词汇比较丰富,也很准确 而且思路清晰 只不过例子略显老套 但整体让然很棒 佩服
