The author believes that it is individuals rather than team who do the actual innovation. I suppose that although individuals have strong inspiration and perception, the power of individuals will give play better in team. So I can not completely agree with the author’s idea.

Frankly speaking, I believe that individuals will have great power in innovation. I can not deny that it is because of Bardeen’s personal strive so that he finally created the first transistor in the world which made him award the Nobel Prize. Also it is because Bardeen’s intelegence ,and he  found the Microscopic Theory of Superconductivity for which awarded the Nobel Prize the second time. It is true that all of the discoveries and great inventions are the final result of individual’s inspiration. Without individual, there could not have made so many miracles.

However, all the innovations are created in team, too. Without team, it is entirely possible that individuals can not make achievements. Obviously, individual’s different ideas can be well melted in team so as to make the best ideas. As for Bardeen whom I talked of below. It is not him single but three man awarded the Nobel Prize altogether. The team may give him large inspiration and also it is the main role in awarding the prize. Take another example, the American men basketball team failed in the Olympic Game in 2004. Generally speaking, there are many excellent players in the team, but because they lack of good team spirits so that they failed finally. From the examples we can see the great importance of team.

Besides, as our society has become more and more complex, and the job has been classified more and more detailed, individuals need not master all the knowledge. Individuals can make use of other individuals’ ability in other fields to help themselves to do greater innovation. For instance, psychologists can make computer talent to help them proceed program so that psychologists can take more energy to their own areas. In a good team, individuals can give full play of their ability.

In sum, the individual and the team all have important effect . The individual’s unique perception and thoughts are important, but the team spirits are more important. In my opinion, people can make greater innovation if they make the good balance in the individuals and team.

Frankly speaking, I believe that individuals will（这里没必要用将来时吧，用陈述就比较好了） have great power in innovation. I can not deny that it is because of Bardeen’s personal strive so that he finally created the first transistor in the world which made him award the Nobel Prize.（这一句进的有点突然，Bardeen突然一上来让人很迷茫，可以说举个例子象诺贝尔获奖者Bardeen，正是由于他的努力，他最终创造出了第一个电阻，这么说比较让人舒服些。） Also it is because Bardeen’s intelegence ,and he  found the Microscopic Theory of Superconductivity for which awarded the Nobel Prize the second time. 举的例子占的篇幅有些微长，建议其实写一个诺贝尔再加一些充分的分析的话会更好。（+）

写的是团队协作也非常重要。有一些不是很能让人信服我感觉。
还有第2个例子，我认为你与其举一个缺少团队协作而失败的例子，到不如再举个因为团队而成功的例子，那样会更有说服力的，因为失败的原因有很多，有时候并不一定是因为缺少团队协作。个人意见。。

恩，这段说的是随着社会的复杂化，人们并不一定要掌握所有的知识，而是可以用别人的知识去帮助。虽然说的比较清楚，但我认为与题目有些远了。。已经脱离了个人和团队关于创新问题上的层面了，这段有些危险。。。（-）

In sum, the individual and the team all（both） have important effect . The individual’s unique perception and thoughts are important, but the team spirits are more important. In my opinion, people can make greater innovation if they make the good balance in the individuals and team.
总结全文，说明团队合作和个人协调会更好。其实你这点可以放到上面去论述的。。

总体来说，文章是一个+--的比较型。从行文和结尾来看是一个有保留的反对。然而我决得这与你的开头的有保留的赞成有一些冲突。。可以把“我不能完全同意”这样的态度换成“我并不是这样认为”这种大负小正的态度比较好。
另外，本文从字数来说对于一篇issue有些过少了。。建议有条件的情况下能够再丰富下文章。
