The assertion presented above said that any means to attain a goal is justifiable if it is worthy, which I could hardly agree with it since that there is no accurate measure of what worthy is and it is more likely devise for different people. Therefore, the goal seems to be worthy to somebody may hurt others while he or she is pursuing to attain it, which make it really hard to regard those means as justifiable especially when it hurts most people.
As far as I am concerned, whether a goal is worthy is judged distinctive by different people. One telling example is that one of the most famous political scandals in the history of U.S.A of the president Nixon who is well-known to be related to the ''Water Gate''. The ''deep voice'' helped to expose the scandal into light that the president used to cheat in order to attain his power and position which seems to be really worthy for him. However, the means which he took had become a kind of challenge to the intelligence as well as hurt to the belief of the public.
Things get even worse when it comes to the government instead of one single person. Concerning the recently happened public affair related to the living of HuaNan Tiger, a sort of tigers live mainly in the south part of China, which is claimed to be extinct for years. People have not stop trying to find them in order to show the species still alive but no results gained by them until a farmer declare that he had taken pictures of this precious tigers and the pictures are studied by the related departments of the government to be real. After being put on website, a vast discussion took place and specialists of different fields used their own methods and successfully proved that those pictures are fake ones which is made by the farmer using a huge picture of tiger and edited on Photoshop. In this case, we can see that the government cheated the public which aims to show the progress in environment gained recent years by the means can never be called justifiable in every meaning. Also, it was far from justifiable of the means which the farmer took to cheat the public in the goal of money, which seems to be worthy of himself.
Furthermore, we should never leave the law behind our minds since we will be surely fined or punished if we take some means outside the pattern of laws. For instance, in the world famous TV drama called ''Prison Break'', the vice president of U.S.A demands FBIs to track and kill Scofiled and his brother since they know something bad for her and may possibly make her lose her position. However, she has a really bad ending for her guilt.
To sum up, since whether a goal is worthy is hard to be recognized for not only a single person but also organizations, even sometimes governments, we should think twice before we take some means to attain it with laws and principles keeping in mind as always. Just as the saying in Buddhism and I paraphrase whether you do something good or bad, you deserve a result fits it.
