We all have to admit that money is definitely part of the motivation that people go to work,but the satisfaction and happiness which the job brings to us can never be ignored,for working is not just a process of giving labour and gaining money.Happiness is the final goal of our life.

The first reason to support my opinion is that the happiness can form a active atitude towards life and bring you enough energy at your work.It is obvious that many people don't feel happy and always want to find out a way to change his life though they get high salary from his boss,for the simple reason that he is not satisfied with his work and donot know what he is always pursueing.If one cannot find the the truly love for something, no matter how much money he earned from his job,he would suffer from the frustration for not achieving his aim in life.

Besides,the happy atmosphere one can inluence his family members is absolutly a major factor  give rise to one's satisfaction about life.We can take advantage of the abundant material comforts by earning a lot of money,but there's no doubt that the money never fails to make us sacrifice our time spent with family when we devote ourselves to the job.We can easily imagine how pathetic is that a man earns a lot of money to his family but he have little time to see his loved ones.Life without the happiness with your family is the flower withour sunshine.

However, we also cannot take this assertion too far, for money is actually an inevitable fact we have to take into account.Without money,the achievement and happiness from one's favourite  job would not last long.The persuit to your love is based on the foundment of material need.

To sum up,being happy is such a gift given by our destiny,we cannot waste it by pursuit those  useless merterial comforts.After satisfing the basic survial need,I believe choosing a job you enjoy most as a life career would be the gate to our paradise.
