Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Modern society has become more complex, so it is essential for the young people to have the ability to plan and organize.


Nowadays, with the advancement of modern world, such as fast development of information technology and economic globalize, society has became very complex. For that, methods of communication vary from reality to virtue, knowledge burst and many new jobs, new ideas are arose everyday. Young people in such a complex society will face many challenges, is it essential for them to have ability to plan and organize? I think the answer is “Yes”. There are many reasons associate this simple answer.
Firstly, today’s society is highly developed but go along fiercely competition, although young people live in such a society will meet many opportunities, they need to have the ability to plan and organize how to grabe the opportunities and accomplish their dreams. Otherwise, they will miss many chances, even be eliminated during fiercely completions. For example, a student in university want to be a successful scientist in the future, he needs to plan and organize his develop route, such as how to pass the Graduate Record Examination, what subject would be studied, which professors is suitable for him and so on. More proper of plans and organization, more chances of successful he will be meet. If this student not pay attention of the importance of plan and organize, he will meet more difficults.  
Secondly, there are many crises in modern society, such as economic depression, high rate of lost job, terrorism and etc. Young people in such a society might learn how to adapt the society and protect themselves, the most important things they should do is also having the ability to plan and organize. Why? Because only planning and organizing could make them avoid these crises. An obviously example is education. Some people make education as their important experiences as highly education usually make them have them have the ability to defend lost job, thinking more deep. However, some other people don’t plan and organize, thus, they will have less ability to defend these crises.
In a word, it is essential for the young people to have the ability to plan and organize in such a complex modern society. So, everyone of us should also have the ability to plan and organize to meet the challenges in future.

However, some other people don’t plan and organize, thus, they will have less ability to defend these crises.这里论证的不是很充分，为什么plan就可以避免风险？不plan就危险呢？到底如何plan可以做到defend lost job...这里可以多点扩展
