51 "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

提纲：有好处，但是可行性不高。
1）兴趣对于有效教育的重要性在于激发个人主动性
对个人，爱因斯坦名言：“兴趣是最好的老师”.student-oriented 为学生提供一个轻松自由的环境，可以激发学生的学习兴趣，更主动认真的学习，取得成就。eg:陈景润的故事。
2)重要性之二，培养社会精英化人才。
  对社会，教育的目的是develop students’ creative, insight,and analysis skills, prepare students for future career，为社会创造更多的财富。只有注重学生兴趣，那么他们在学习中才能挖掘自己的潜能，具有高度的创新精神, 到社会才能尽其可能. eg:比尔盖茨。

3）不可行。只依靠兴趣而非全面的教育容易导致学生在发现自己的真正兴趣与培养未来发展方向的时候出现偏差。
学生处在价值观未全面发展的阶段，所以需要一定的基础课程培养全面的视野与思维方式，接触到了更广泛的领域后，学生有更大的选择余地，才能真正发现自己的兴趣所在。 eg:原来喜欢哲学，不喜欢数学所以不学习。接触弗罗依德，进而对心理学感兴趣。如果这学生一开始就只注重人文的学习而忽略了数学，那么他在需要用数学分析方法研究的心理学上的发展必然受到限制。
4）只注重兴趣不注重基础全面教育，容易导致道德缺失甚至犯罪。例如：对化学感兴趣，学校一共一切条件培养他在化学方面的专长，在他对于各种化学原料的配置和应用非常熟悉后，很可能因为经受不住金钱的诱惑去制造冰毒牟取暴利，对社会造成巨大的危害。
5）studen-oriented过分细分成本太高，不可能针对每一个学生都制定不同的教学方式，最多in groups.eg:师资；兴趣方向的变化导致的成本增高。

I agree with the speaker's emphasis on student-oriented in education, which will help to improve students interesting and fit the need of speciality person with ability in society. However, the speaker unnecessarily extends the student-oriented education method to embrace its importance in effective education, while ignoring the all-around education plays an useful role in providing proper career future and shaping good character for students. My opinnion of contention with the speaker involve the way how to reach effective education , as discussed below.

It might be tempting to agree with the speaker that we should build an education system which satisfies the individual needs and interests of each student. As we all known, for individuals, student-oriented education may inspire go-aheadism. Einstein once said (and I paragraph), interesting is the best teacher. There would be many advantages, such as providing atmospthere of freedom and easy, which would lead the students to study on their own because they would think the course and homework as games but not a burden. In that case, students are more easily developing special achievement. Take the Walt Disney for example, he was interested in painting when he was very young then he went to study painting art in Chicago. Although school work was very heavy and he has to paint a lot of pictures everyday, he still felt so happy that studied hard. With the help of painting, he became world well-known as cartoon-star.

Besides the individual, the student-oriented education, which aims to develop students' creative, insight, and analysis skills and  to prepare students for future career, also benefits the society by bringing up elite. There would be no better way than student-oriented education to provide a opportunity for the students they can learn happily to realize their potentials and fulfill their innovative personality. For instance, Bill Gates, who is known as the Microsoft Corp. Chairman nowadays, found computer his interest and devoted himself one single mind to computer when he was a teenager student in Lakeside school. Thanks to the school provided computers and set relative classes for the students who interested in it, otherwise would not Bill find his potential in computer and  become the architect of Microsoft Corp.

However, the speaker’s assertion about students’ interests-oriented education is troubling in other respects as well. On the one hand, the student-oriented education but not the all-around education is liable to lead wrong direction towards true interests and development. No matter the students study in primary school ,junior middle school, senior middle school or university, their world view and personal character still are at the stage of forming and growing, which could be changed accompanying with the growth of knowledge. Thus, until all-around education help students establish general knowledge system that could they find true interest himself. For example, a student who is only interested in philosophy and ignore the maths study, may want to develop himself into psychology field when he comes into contact with Sigmund Freud. In that case, he may not go further in psychology field because of lacking the knowledge of mathematical statistics. If teacher guide him towards all-around education, he can get much more achievement in psychological study.

On the other hand, there might be much absence of moral and eventually lead to commit a crime emphasizing students’ interests-oriented but not all-around education. If a student is interested and does well in chemistry and school provides a lab for him specially, he may make ice-drug by the money allurement when he knows how to make chemic origin artificially. In order to guard against such cases happen, the teacher should provide the students for other subjects such as laws, society no matter he is interested in them or not.

In sum, although the students’ interests-oriented is important for exploit their the speaker’ initiative and potential, it’s unnecessary of too much emphasizing it. It should be based on all-around education, which would help students develop their interests more efficient. Until the interests-oriented and the all-around ways can operation effective, would the education be effective.

语言很不错，句子很流畅，语法错误也很少。论证也很充分，例子也合适，Freud 的名字不一定要提。
不过5个论点太多，导致字数也很多，限时的话写这么多字数并不容易。建议合并论点，试文章显得更简练。
改的不细致，单词和语法没逐个检查，不好意思啊。冰毒那个我没查到，不知道合适不合适，也就没改。

总体写的还可以. 至于SF的例子我不是很熟悉,因此你说的不太明白. 不知道其他人看是不是能一下字就明白过来.如果不是,最好稍微介绍下背景. 另外能否总结下,不一定要每段,但在支持兴趣的2段中, 最好能有段的结尾稍微总结下.
