Although scientific discoveries and technological advances have produced tremendous improvements in the quality of human life, they have often accepted serious test while facing to the different social customs and ethics as well. The obvious importance of technology to social customs and ethics has led some sociologists to view technology as basic principle of social change. The classic statement of this view is that of William George Austin. Austin hypothesized that inventions affect the size of populations, which in turn influences the course of history. As the people did not familiar with some nature affects in the past, and even did not know how to explain such fluencies or earthquake facts. For example, overpopulation often leads to wars and migrations which result in some fatal illnesses during the process of extensive movements; because they consider that only escape from the place they live before can approach to the overpopulation problems and fatal illnesses. Technologies bring some medical methods to change people's thinking of these factors, and improvements in medical treatment equipments and medical treatment technique may help human beings acknowledge the real influence in long-term periods. Depending on technology to meet a wide and growing range of human beings. Various changes of social customs and ethics not only effected by technologies but also limited by diversities comprehensive factors. Especially in some national cultures and environments around us. For instance, the Mid-Autumn Day has already remained an impression on people's mind in China. The purpose of this festival is that the whole family must get together to celebrate for family reunion. Even quick development of technologies has really change the way we live and work, every year of this time-- Mid-Autumn Day we should also eat moon-cake with families no matter how technologies influence our daily life. May be moon-cake as the food to eat when people hunger in the past time, but in the recently, moon-cake as our festival special features. The right and wrong idea faces a rigorous test in front of technologies, social customs and ethics are hardly changed under the influence of technologies. Right and wrong idea is the foundation of people's relationship, people’s existence in the world and the stability of the society. Such as engineering can be used to make many aspects of human life better, including saving lives. However, the idea of human cloning has fueled debates not just in the United States, but also with countries all over the world. I believe that it is not morally and ethically right to clone humans. Even though technology is constantly advancing, it is not reasonable to believe that human cloning is morally and ethnically correct, due to the killing of human embryos, the unsafe process of cloning, and the resulting consequences of having deformed clones. The place of technology in modern societies is a subject of continuing controversy. Key issues include not only the impact of technology on daily life but also the need to control the development and uses of technological innovations so that they benefit all sectors of society including social customs and ethics.
