3.人们需要非主流科学的主要是因为他们需要从中得到从主流科学那所得不到的安慰。
4.随着科学技术的不断发展，人们能够使用科学解释越来越多的问题。用非主流科学解释问题是危险的，我们不能相信那些没有理论依据的结论。在错误的引导下，我们会产生自我安慰，错误的希望，幻想和错觉。

Nonmainstream areas and can comfort people when they are on a very terrible situation. However, I cannot agree with the theories of these nonmainstream areas. Determining whether nonmainstream should or should not be done could be weighed in many aspects. Different people have different answers due to their respective point of view. So, I think I can understand why people turn to these nonscientific areas  for help, in the mean while, people should know mainstream science is the only way to solve problems.

Nonmainstream areas of inquiry as astrology, fortune-telling, and psychic and paranormal pursuits fill people's need in certain degree once upon time during process of human improvement. In the past, people did not accumulate enough knowledge of the world to explain many nature phenomena. In that case of situation, nonmainstream is used by people to explain the existing problems which can fulfill the curiously of human being. For instance, in India, when people cannot explain the phenomenon of lunar eclipse, some clans thought a giant dragon eat the moon. And the world turn to dark, lucky a hero shows up at the time and kill the dragon with his sword. The dragon was forced to give up the moon unwillingly.

This nonmainstream accumulated numbers of theories which can provide a system that can explain most of phenomenon and social problems, no matter these phenomenon and problems whether can be explained by the modern society. In another point, some of nature phenomena are complicated to explain in mainstream. It makes most of people prefer to find answer in nonmainstream areas. Because of the reason, it reduce the time and energy which spending on explaining and analyzing some complex problems.

The main reason that why nonmainstream area of inquiry is favored by a few people is that it comforts people who worry about their destiny. When people afraid to face something in the future or cannot see the great future according to the things what they did now, they will turn to nonmainstream for help. Even in modern society, when mainstream science can explain most of things in our daily lives, some people still want the help from nonmainstream science such fortune-telling.

With the development of scientific technology, people can use science explaining lots of problems, because prusuits are not rooted in reasons, and without any sure way to evaluate the legitimacy of these avenues of inquiry, participants become vulnerable to self-deception, also hopes, fantastic ideas and even delusions. It is a very dangerous situation they made themselves into. nonmainstream can lead them to a circumstance which can be totally against the society or the rules of the world.

To sum up, the nonmainstream areas can be used to comfortable us for while, nonetheless, we should aware that the function of it is very limited, It is a very dangerous behavior to the society and people themselves who handle all the affairs based on nonmainstream areas such as astrology, fortune-telling, and so on.

总体第一段表现不错,但词句上应该避免下 so, i think I can understand.....不妨换成, In my view, I foundamently understand the reason why.....
