As publicly owned wilderness area are of significant value to the natural environment of a country, even though it is extremely remote and thus accessible to only a few people, I agree with that such area should be preserved in their natural state. Any disturbance to these wilderness areas can be intractable and hence induce great risk of serious consequence.

To begin with, the wilderness areas are of great merit to maintain such that modest cost for preservation would bring substantial benefit to the country. First of all, well-preserved wilderness areas may help maintain a mild and stable climate and natural environment, thus benefits a country as a whole and even the neighboring countries. Wilderness areas, though remote from urban areas and intensively residential areas, can be a crucial factor for the climate in broader areas. For example, if the vegetation of a remote and rarely settled area shrinks, deserts in this area are likely to raise and expand. As a result, sands are exposed to the open air so that air movements are possible to carry them for thousands of miles and affect a large city. Therefore, it is important to preserve publicly owned wilderness areas so that a stable climate and environmental condition, which is beneficial to agricultural production and human lives, are better achieved.

Moreover, the wilderness areas are also an invaluable wealth for sustainable development of human being. On the one hand, a well preserved wilderness sphere is vigorous to provided valuable renewable resources. Under the limit of self-sustention, the wilderness areas can recover from some natural and artificial disturbance, and hence supply a good amount of resource like wood and fresh water to human being. On the other hand, the wilderness areas are also a good lab in the sense that it inspired scientists who is devoting to find a new energy or material resource for an exhausting one.

However, the remoteness and inaccessibility do not automatically give the wilderness area immunity and invulnerability to human perturbations. Even, the remoteness of these areas leads these areas, in some extent, to be vulnerable. It is analogous to the Black Dead disease for the European, with unfamiliar to an outside virus or disturbance, an entity has no internal ability to adapt the impulses and protect itself. Nevertheless, the modern improvement in technology enables human, with limited manual and fund, to excessively exploit the wilderness, which would cause vital consequence. Instances are the deforestation for wood and excessively hunting of elephant for ivory.

In sum, for the public interest, it is important for the government to take the responsibility to preserve the publicly owned wilderness areas in their natural state, even though these areas are often extremely remote and thus inaccessible to most people.

As publicly owned wilderness area are of significant value to the natural environment of a country, even though it is extremely remote and thus accessible to only a few people,(.) I agree with that such area should be preserved in their natural state.

For example, if the vegetation of a remote and rarely settled area shrinks (英文里植被收缩是这么表达吗?我也不太确定,只是觉得有点怪), deserts in this area are likely to raise and expand.

On the(去掉) one hand, a well preserved wilderness sphere is vigorous to provided valuable renewable resources. Under the limit of self-sustention,(为什么用limit?) the wilderness areas can recover from some natural and artificial disturbance, and hence supply a good amount of resource like wood and fresh water to human being. On the other hand, the wilderness areas are also a good lab in the sense that it inspired scientists who is devoting to find a new energy or material resource for an exhausting one.

However, the remoteness and inaccessibility do not automatically give the wilderness area immunity and invulnerability to human perturbations. (good sentence !!不过最后一个perturbations好像不太合适) Even,in the contrast?) the remoteness of these areas leads these areas, in some extent, to be vulnerable. It is analogous to the Black Dead disease for the European, with unfamiliar to an outside virus or disturbance, an entity has no internal ability to adapt the impulses and protect itself. 这个类比不错。在后面再添加一点关于wilderness areas的论述可能会更好 Nevertheless, the modern improvement in technology enables human, with limited manual and fund, to excessively exploit the wilderness, which would cause vital consequence. Instances are the deforestation for wood and excessively hunting of elephant for ivory.(例子再展开一些吧)

In sum, for the public interest, it is important for the government to take the responsibility to preserve the publicly owned wilderness areas in their natural state, even though these areas are often extremely remote and thus inaccessible to most people.

总的说来这篇比130好多了。结构很清楚,里边的一些句子不错,尤其是那个类比,很出彩
