Position: Practicality has become main trend in the world today, but what is not practical also exists and contribute a lot in people’s life, manifesting their own value.
1．        Practicality does is now our great idol, esp. in the fast-changing world today.
2．        Things which are not practical also satisfy people’s needs such as arts, poets, films, etc.
3．        Therefore, we cannot say that impractical things are not valuable. We need both practical and impractical things, neither can be neglected.

"Most people choose a career on the basis of such pragmatic considerations as the needs of the economy, the relative ease of finding a job, and the salary they can expect to make. Hardly anyone is free to choose a career based on his or her natural talents or interest in a particular kind of work."

提纲：
Position: Although many people today choose a career from pragmatically, most of them are out of consideration of the pressure they face in the competitive society. However, from the society and individual point of view, the career you choose need your natural talents or interest.
1．        Today, for many reasons, people choose their career often for money, stability or  welfare instead of their interest or talents.
2．        However, in order to succeed in the career more quickly and easily, people should choose the career where their own interest or talents are in.
3．        Moreover, the society needs people to choose their career that they are interested or good at, so that they can possibly make more accomplishments to the society.
