------题目------
Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.
------正文------
It is true that, if education which aims to teach a person basic skills to live in this world and to give a person the ability to study following his (or) her interest can really meet the needs and interests which is truly necessary of every student, this education will be very effective, however such things can only be imagination, because it is very hard to achieve.

Admittedly, given the condition that the needs and the interest of the student are helpful to themselves and to the society, education should meet them as much as possible. Education teaches the students knowledge, let them know their talent and encourage them to study following their true interest. If a student finds that his (or) her needs and interests are satisfied in education, he (or) she may be more interested in what he (or) she like. In contrast, if a students can not feel his (or) her needs and interested are met, he (or) she may be frustrated, and lost heart in education. Thus, to achieve the aim of education better, education does have to meet the needs and interest of the students.

However, it is very hard for educators to know the necessary needs and the interest of the students. Generally there are two aspects as following: First, even if the educators try their best to survey the needs and the interest of their students, some students may not tell the truth. Sometimes the students themselves do not know what they truly like; sometimes the students are influenced by other power such as financial problems and parents' wishes and they lose themselves. Second, even if the educators really know the true mind of every student, hardly any one can assure that these minds would not change as the time goes by. Every student is growing, and on the way of his (or) her life, some important things may change his (or) her characters and favorites, these changes may happen every time, every place(随时随地不会说,呵呵). Thus, to know the necessary needs and the interest of the students all the time is nearly impossible.

Furthermore, granted that the educators know the true constant mind of each students, it is also very hard for the educators to meet the needs and the interests of each students. In a school, there may be so many students with various needs and interests, that to make each student’s needs satisfied is very hard. For example, some students may want to swim while some students may want to ski; some students may want to get up early, so the school should begin the first class early while some students may want to get up late so the school should begin the first class late. And it is possible that the students want much more computers but the school does not have enough money in a short time.

To sum up, given the condition that it is too hard to meet the needs and interest of every students, if we still want to achieve this, we may make ourselves in serious trouble, so although it may be the most effective, hardly can we make this into reality.

And it is possible that the students want much more computers but the school does not have enough money in a short time. 这段后面最好提点建议,学校如何在正常教育的前提下,满足学生的兴趣,象选修课什么的
To sum up, given the condition that it is too hard to meet the needs and interest of every students, if we still want to achieve this, we may make ourselves in serious trouble, so although it may be the most effective, hardly can we make this into reality.

我的思路也是这样,但文章是先批了两大段这个的不实际,再写了一段应该尽力而为。
语言上再加把劲儿吧,加油!

lose heart 是不好,应该是lose interest.
随时随地是 whenever possible

感觉有些象ARGUEMENT啊
例子好象不够有说服力.  我刚开始写也找不到例子
