正文：
Undoubtedly, it has been recognized by more andmore people the importance of playing sports in our daily life. As we all know,playing sports regularly can benefit our health, because exercises can enhanceour body and keep it in best condition. What’s more, nowadays more and morepeople hold the view that playing sports can not only effects us physically,but also plays an important role in teaching us something about our life.

In my opinion, the way in which playing sportsteaches us something about life is as follow. First of all, it is widelyaccepted that people who play sports often are more likely to have anoptimistic attitude towards life. I have ever seen many old men and old ladiesplaying sports, such as Taiji, playing pingpong ball, in the park during themorning. What impressed me a lot is that every one of them is happy and enjoyshis or her time very much, although they seem very old. Thus, I believe it isthe sports they take part in that teaches them to be optimistic and enjoy theirlife.

Then, on the other hand, playing sports teachespeople to be strong and brave. In Paralympic games, disabled athletes do theirbest to run faster, to swim more rapid, and to jump higher. Their spirit movesme a lot. Maybe it’s one’s misfortune to be disabled, but everyone is equal tomake his or her dreams come true. Playing sports teaches us to fight againstour fortune and overcome difficulties in life bravely.

Maybe there are some other significant lessonsplaying sports could teaches us about our life. In all, its positive influenceon our life is obvious. Therefore, why not join in the sports to exercise ourbody as well as learn some lessons of life?

It has been recognized by more and more people that playing sports is of great significance in our daily life. Obviously, playing sports regularly can benefit our health. Far more than its physical effect is that I believe playing sports can teach us something about our life at the same time.

First of all, it is widely accepted that people who play sports often are more likely to have an optimistic attitude towards life. I have ever seen many old people playing sports, such as Taiji, playing Pingpong ball, in the park in the early morning. Though their movements are sluggish, their happiness and positive mental attitude impress me a lot. A recent research shows that good condition of body can enhance the mental health. Thus, I believe the sports they take part in have brought them health as well as optimistic spirit.

Then, on the other hand, playing sports teaches people to be strong and brave. In Paralympics Games, disabled athletes do their best to run faster, to swim more rapid, and to jump higher. Their spirit moves me a lot. Maybe it’s one’s misfortune to be disabled, but disabled athletes affirm that the right of realizing one’s dream is equal to everybody. Playing sports teaches us to follow our dreams and overcome difficulties in life bravely.

However some more lessons playing sports may be about to teach us, its positive influence on our life is already obvious. Therefore, why not join in the sports to exercise our body as well as learn some profound lessons of life?

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Being creative, rather than planning carefully, will come up with best solution to a problem?

Though creativity is a dispensable element in the process of human’s attempt to get best solution, I still affirm that planning carefully would never serves as an inferior part to creativity in these processes.

To begin with, in the aspect of science, good plan ensures a project’s final success. For instance, the great American inventor Edison’s most famous invention---- lamp---- is a product of strict plan. Before the final choice of Wolframium as the material to build lamp filament, Edison had tried enormous kinds of materials to light the lamp. Once an experiment failed, he recorded the material used in the experiment and prepared a new material for next experiment. Undoubtedly, he must took a careful plan, so redundant experiments were forbidden, which guaranteed his invention proceeds efficiently.  The brilliant plan contributed to his successful invention to a large extent.

Then, in the sphere of engineering, careful plan also plays an important role in the process of getting best solution to a problem, such as an aircraft’s launch. Once NASA decided to send an aircraft into space, engineers of NASA began to make plan for the launch for all aspects of the emission. When is it properly to send the aircraft? What is the perfect angle of the pathway? How much oxygen and hydrogen is needed? All the questions above need best answers, which could only be guaranteed by precise plan but not creativities.

To make a conclusion, obviously, a careful plan is always necessary to get a best solution to problem, and being creative never exceeds careful plan’s significance.

2．文章的层次感不是很强，这大概是因为段落首句给人的错觉吧，让我以为是从science和engineering两方面来写，所以就显得单薄了，没有很大的说服力
