Graduates usually come to puzzle that how to choose the first job, big company or small one. someone prefer to work in a small company for its stability , freedom , and closer relationship with co-workers, while the other group dissented from the statement ,noting that working in a big company is a tremendous opportunity to benefit one's growth and the reasons go as follows .


Big company, actually means more challenges the employee is supposed to undertake. in other words , it is also an excellent way to learn skills for future growth . with the globalization of economy big companies own a large scale of business out abroad that require lots of extra skills to handle those job, like fluent English , eloquent talking skills as well as the ability of balance . a recent college graduate would doubtless feel severe pressure to well accomplish their duties ,however it is a quick process to advance under such situation . rather, in a small company the task is not intricacy as international big enterprises and the working environment maybe more stable and less pressure ,gain by contrast ,people would have less challenges to proceed . in this sense, big company has more values regarding the process of recent graduates growth .

moreover , big company is a highly developed system that all facilities and guarantees are more secure . people work to earn money is the original motivation , thus the salary paid whether regularly should be another important element to be considered . in big companies those anxieties are useless while in small enterprises workers can not receive salary on time is quite common , and every year thousands of those cases in court are the magnificence evidences. often the boss run away or the company went to bankruptcy in final so there is no money for the pity workers . conversely , the big company has a  precise evaluation system helps to dispense money according to their work behavior . besides , there are also different kinds of assurances for workers , such as property assurance , life assurance , and healthy assurance to relief worker’s worry . to sum up, working in small companies is an adventurous act while in big ones is more secure.
