people are happier when they finish achallenge or difficult job than when they do an easy job.

When we were children, we started to solve the problems in front of us. In the procedure of handling these difficulties, we acquired a lot of things including overcome difficulties and set up our selfconfidence and cultivate the hope of future. So I strongly agree with the statement that people are happier when they finish a challenge job. My reasonsare as follows.

To begin with, I think solving difficult problems and pursuing a better life are human's nature. Only through this tough and long process can our ancestors left this beautiful world to us. Even at nowdays, although the technology and culture are much better than before, people still have set up higher goals. Of course, these aims are hard to fulfill. Such as exploiting the outer space and decoding human gene sequence. Why people pay so much attention and effort on these tough tasks? That is mainly because we want to live a better life. People think it worth them to working hard and devoting themselves. Hence, when they realize their dreams, they are delightful  from heart.

Furthermore, for ourselves, we can learn a lot of things from solving tough problem. Take my first job as an intern student in a company for example, it was my first time to work outside, so I was very scared and did not know how to start. The company's running method is quite different from the school's, everybody is focus on their own jobs, soseldom people stop by and chat with you.  I could not transform my status from student to a worker immediately. But after hard work and communicate with the older employees, I found I should change my attitude and apply what I have learned from college into practice. Finally, I got used to the job and did quite well. When I finished my internship, I got an A score from the company, I was very happy because I have paid a lot and I deserved it. In this procedure, I have set up my confidence and leaned how to cooperate with others.

The last but not theleast, as for the standard used to judge whether one problem is easy or not is relative. I think it depends on situations, such as after long period of hard work, one has obtained the ability to solve certain kind of problem. This kind of problem seems easy for him since then. I think this situation is nature, when he solves the problem, he will be happy about that because he had paid a lot. But if theproblem we solved easily just because somebody helped us or we just follow others' method, certainly we will not fill any accomplishment and happiness form it.
