In the reading passage, the writer believes that dinosaurs were Endotherms based on three evidences: Polar dinosaurs, Leg position and movement and Haversian canals. However, in the listening passage the lecture disagrees with the evidences.

First of all ,the writer thinks that there are some dinosaurs’ fossils were found on the polar areas, so that we can infer only Endotherms can live in unbelievable cold climate. But the speaker holds that at that time of dinosaurs'age, they had moved to warmer regions. That is to say, it dosen’t support the argument that dinosaurs are Endotherms.

Also, unlike the writer’s opinion that their legs under their body is one of Endotherms’ physiology, the lecture believes that leg position and movement means  dinosaurs had more energy to run, and can grow quickly, then they can have incomparable advantages to adapt to live .

Finally, referring to the Haversian canals, the writer claims that it is suitable for Endotherms’ characters. While the lecture argues that this character implies  the climate of their living environment become a cooler place, so the bone structure had to conform with this change.
