因为使用2000操作系统,没有装补丁,持续受到病毒攻击,今日issue写过半突然死机,前面所写毁于一旦.经过一番挣扎遂决定重写,刚重整思路电脑又自己重启,欲哭无泪,不想再写,把提纲发上.只后用别人电脑写了argument. 这些天重装了好几次,还是问题不断,明天还要整电脑,真是屋漏又逢连阴雨.只把提纲放上了.

2 the destiny of society is not determined by children only but other factors like history, policy, economic environment of the whole world.
3 we can not deside whether we find ways about how to  raise children.
a) the standard of better society is different.
