The past twentieth century has witnessed those dramatic, glamorous and colorful changes varied from international trade to life attitude on our living planet. Currently, partial people buttress such a viewpoint, say, that if you can not express pretty words to others, then you’d better keep quiet. From their perspectives, telling the truth has no longer plays a role as the king principle of personal communication, which we are always expected to obey. Contrary to the above absolute argument are my heartfelt objection to treat people with fake masks, when several vital factors of treating friends are taken into complete consideration.
Firstly, sincerety is obliged to be ranked as the priority when communicate with others. Sincerety brings good; it just like gentle rain falling on the ground and watering our hunger to keep in touch with others. Maybe appreciated words are attractive to the satisfactory of yourself . Moreover,once you wake up from the wonderland weaved by those delicate, dazzling but fake lies which is of great possibility to be contrast to the truth, how disappointed you will be. Thus transferring roles with that victims,receiving some harshy outside but sincere inside words may be much beneficial for you to choose.
Furthermore, the pursue of truth always symbolizes permanent desire of human beings, especially when referring to realize what you really are. Maybe those magic and colorful scenes in the science fiction movie—‘Alice in Wonder Land’ still left in our memory. The red queen lives a life with depression, loneliness and unhappiness due to the lack of truth. No one dares to tell any truths to the cold-blooded red queen, which led to her miserable fate that she never knows what exactly she is in other’s point views.
Meanwhile, although some words do not sound great at all,beneath its rough appearance are the blazing care to others. Just like a typical example of a celebrity in China, Confucius also named Kong fu-zi exhibited to us thousands years ago. Confucius treat his numerous apprentice with various methods. While one of his apprentice did not absorb sufficient much knowledge through learning due to his laziness, Confucius criticized him harshly without any gentle words. Maybe it sounds little bit crucial, consequently those harsh words acts as a puncture which wake him up and open the access for him to study hard then achieve himself. After concrete analysis, warm care from his teacher Confucius just hidden behind those cold words. Thanks to those criticism which assist him to wake up from laziness, he is so lucky to rearrange his life and make a endeavor to be a better man.
In a word, it may sounds sort of ridiculous for me only offer great words to cheat others when we communicate with others. When considering through sincerety, pursue of truth and care to others, individuals are certainly welcomed to choose a totally different way to treat others. That is, to tell truth rather than seductive but fake words to others.

Moreover, contrary to those are people who do not place money as the prior principle when accepting a job. Taking the quality of life into full consideration, I surly prefer jobs with more vacation rather than jobs with high payment but less vacation.
To begin with, enough time are needed to invest into enjoying a colorful rather than tedious life. Life is a procedure which contains numerous unknown mines for you to explore. Once working becomes the only topic of your life, how tedious it would be. In contras, with more vacation available for you, it depends on you to taste various things in your lifetime: maybe travel to Egypt to understand what happened thousands of years ago in the bank of Nile River, or reading a classic to communicate with ancient masters and gain wisdom from their dazzling thought. No matter what ways you choose, the width of life is surely be expanded which is totally opposite to restrict it within work.
Secondly, money is not the prior goals for us to reach. Take Bill Gates who are titled as the richest man in the world by the Forbes as a example. We still remember that Bill Gates gave up the opportunity to work as the chairman of Microsoft, leading enterprise in IT industry, and retired to do some charity. Although it is the high peak of Microsoft and he would also continue to enhance his wealth, he quitted because in accordance of his value, there are many things that is more important than money, such as spare time to help as many people as possible in the world.
Finally, more vacation is benefit for your performance in your career. People need to recharge himself so that he would keep enthusiastic about his task, just like machines also need time to have a rest so that it can operate longer. On the other hand, work is also another type of study and sufficient time is needed to think about what you have learned. It is less vacation that deprive the essential period for you to digest what you learned from practice. Without such a procedure, it is impossible for you to improve yourself in your career.
