It has been an attracting dream for people in my hometown to reconstruct a wide and easy-crossing street.Hardly can you imagine how hard it is to go home after school or work through a long and narrow road located in the center of my County.I still remember that It usually cost me nearly one hour from the school to my home ,although the distances are not far at all.So in my point of view,I strongly agree with the point that imposing tax on the busy road in rush hour. My reasons are as follows.
To begin with, it is indispensable to impose tax on the road in order to dream for a new on,for financial supports are generally both from local government and the taxes from native residents, for example, government may provides the citizens with rudimentary infrastructures,however,for more significant project, taxes will be imposed on the people who will benefit from the project, such as a convenient road.
Furthermore, comparing with the economic sacrifice, people who dedicate for it will gain more. As we all know, the power of one person is limited and trivia, whereas if everyone contribute even a kind endeavor, the power will be beyond measured.Take the road as an example,we can gain a more wonderful life if the government can make a more step with the help of people around, and taxes,if not so heavy to be a burden,are receptive and rational for us.
Finally, there will be definitely some voices in doubt. Because reconstructing an existing road will impair the interest of some people who are may getting benefits from the reality.However,they cannot be considered as the mainstream.Nothing could inhibit the development of the human being.
To sum up, I cann’t agree with the idea of imposing light taxes on the busy road with the aim to built a more beautiful future. And I am still waiting for the advent of a wide and convenient road in my hometown, only in this way can a more harmonious and comfortable life will be created.
