Since theyare usually the experts in the specific fields, more often than not, the resultsof their researches could tell people more truth about the world we are livingin, sometimes even become the breakthrough in sciences. For instance, everyyear the Noble Prize gainers are almost all from the top universities aroundthe world, whose work can change the world to a large degree. Accordingly, teacheris such a crucial job that they should get a high wage.

In the second place, teaching is a hardworking profession, they must be well paid. Take the middle school teachers asan example. Let us see how hard they were. Besides giving lecture during theclass time, teachers have to spend more time on their work: before class, they mustmake a careful preparation for the class, after class, they will correctstudents' homework. What is more, they must also pay attention to the daily livesof their students. Such as encouraging teenagers to be confident, help themdeal with the emotional problems with peers or corporate with their parents inorder to reach a better education effect. It is obvious that teachers do somuch beyond the original job that our society should pay more for them.

Last but not least, teachers deserve thesame income as what doctors, lawyers or even business leaders earn. It is truethat we can not live without medication, law or business, but likewise ournation can not develop without education by teachers. In this way, teachersmust get the same amount of income as other occupations.
