Different students have different hobbies .As for the students not founding of history classes, they are very boring and really a waste of time .Meanwhile ,their negative attitudes towards history may affect the other students. And since they are forced to take the class,they do not concentrate on the statement by falling asleep or do some homework not relating to the subject,which will effect the mood of the teachers.

As far as I concerned , there are abundant subjects among histories ranging form politics,ecomomy,culture,phylisophy and so on.The students may be only be full of curiosity just in one simple subcategory .The history courses ,however, always limit to a certain topic without alteration.That is ,it can not meet the demand of all the students who are lovers of history.
Nowadays ,the library is more and more perfect .Students can lend all kinds of books about history according to his own appetite .And the internet enable us to watch vivid flashes which illustrate the history.Joining in some association whose members are all crazy about history and discussing with the fellows is also much amusing than the course.
All in all,both for those who like history and those who not,it is not indispensable to require all the students to take the history courses.From my point of view,the history courses can be set as an optional courses。If the topic is your type，then you can enjoy the wonderful class.If not you can chose not to take the class.That is a win-win situation for all the student.

Gasoline and electricity are so essential that people without gasoline and electicity just like the fish without water. The proverty country can not afford the high price that their normal life will be messed up.On the other hand ,it is unfair to limit the energy consumption in this way.For one thing ,the developed counties have expended a large number of energy during their economic development while the developing countries are just at the beginning.The rising prices of gasoline and electricity will place restrictions on their step.For another thing,the rising price will enlarge the consumption between the poor and rich since the rich own enough money while the poor may have to economize on clothing and food just to abtain electricity.So,the method seems not so effective for the obove reasons.
Moreover,the wisdom of hunman beings makes many other ways available to save energy without bringing the poor with troubles,such as subsititute the gasoline with solar energy and wind energy .It is known to all that the solar energy and wind energy is environmental friendly and can be gained from the nature with no limitation since they can be recreated within a short time.In fact the solar energy has been applied in some field such as the silicon solar battery and the silicon solar water heater in some cities such as Qinhuangdao in China.And in some desert area the wind which can be transformed into electricity,becomes the major energy resource .However,both of them were not widely used due to the low pace of technology .So I think more afforts should be made to explore advanced material to improve the transformation rate and reduce the cost of the energy.

Tradtionnaly，agriculture is the foundation stone of my county。Now up to 70 percent of the people are consisted of the rural citizen ，which proves the undoubtedly essential role of agriculture in spite of the high developing speed of business。 Besides，according to the recent statistics ，to fully approve the stimulus package's essential role in reviving the economy and improving people's livelihoods，so far the official in my county have spent 252.2 billion yuan in agriculture since the fourth quarter last year according to the recent statistics  ，which took nearly 28 percent of the total investment on the public project 。Definitely，agriculture takes a more important role in my county。So the agriculture center other than the business center should be set up。

According to a recent statistic ,the enrollment rate of college or university student in 2009 reached up to 25%，which was ten more times than that of 1999.Consequently，the education quality dramatically degraded during the past decades。More and more university students killed their time by playing computer games ，seeing films ，hanging around and some other idlesse things and gained nothing during their college life。So there is a public controversy towards the higher education。From my point of view，however，the college education should still be available to all students other than only the excellent student。
First of all，We should not never deny the whole army just because of one awful solder。The fact that nearly 90 percent of the college students experienced a wonderful and significant life ，which enables them to find a satisfied job at end ，proves that the majority of them deserve the education no matter he is outstanding or not。Most of the “bad” student in the Middle high school may achieve great progress through the higher education。 So no one should be deprived of the right to be educated。The institute should give all the student an opportunity to improve themselves。
Moreover，the college education teaches students more than academic knowledge ，such as communicative ability，self-learning capacity and the way to design oneself。The colleges are always supposed to be a buffer zone where student can develop the special ability of the complex society，and the buffer zone is essential to all the student because most of them haven’t well prepared 。They have to make deeper understanding about the society， learn more about themselves and find the best career 。The college broadens their horizon ，enrichs their knowledge and offers them all opportunities to practice，which can be very beneficial to all students 。
Besides，the crime rate among the young who are out of college education is much more higher than college student。It is because that the immature young ，who lost their way in their life and have nothing to do，are easily induced by the crime gang。Obviously，the education can further help the young the basic ability to tell right from wrong and tell them that they are responsible to the all county。Maybe sometimes the education failed to help them create a new life，they still occupy themselves in the campus rather than committing a crime。
Considering the above factors，we can safely draw the conclusion that all the students should be available to the higher school。And I think the most important things for the education administration is to carry out a new plan to improve the education quality and to make the higher education more significant for student。
