Good looks and dresses are more important for success than good ideas. Agree or disagree?/ \  
In my own perspective, I agree with the statement that good ideas play more important role than good looks and dresses for success. The importance of good ideas can never be oversimplified in the process of chasing success. To some extent, good look and dresses, which are one aspect for success in our daily working circumstance, can not be weight more vital than good ideas.
First, some one in our daily work may ignore the function of good ideas. for some reasons that good ideas may not be inspired in routine work. Nevertheless, some phenomena that someone, who has good look or well dressed wins the success in our daily life have some adverse influences in our standard valuing the meaning of success. You can easily find the same instance in your daily life as I. One of my partners, who own a good appearance, is more preferred by my boss than I in my job team. My boss will give her more opportunity than other team members to do assignments, such as playing as a team leader. Due to this chances, she will be more open-sighted than me to get sophisticated acknowledges in cultivating professional skills. As a consequent, she may win the success in job more quickly than other ordinate persons because of her good looking. We can not deny the fact that good appearance makes her standout in our team. However, we are too unreflective to contribute her success to her good looking. We neglect anything but her good looking in her work as a result.
Furthermore, good looks and well dressing can not last long to win success. As i mentioned above, someone can get the opportunity more easily than other team members due to this advantage, but it can not weight as the most important factor in the whole process. A vivid example is that the beautiful girl in my team who get the opportunity to be our team leader may be replaced by other member if she can not entitle this assignment well. You can imagine the embarrassment she feels at that moment. I think such instance is common in our daily work.
Finally, it is obvious to find that good ideas are more helpful for us to achieve success. If I were left to make a choice, I would like to choose intelligence rather than good appearance. As we know, an intelligent person can sprout out variety creative idea in work. It is the key to find path to get success in R&D research, management and other realm. Take my boss as an example, he is a person not well looked with a bared hair. But he owes his outstanding performance to his good ideas in work. His manager does not care about his appearance, but puts focus on his swarms of novelty ideas. Seldomly wastes any time in dressing himself, my boss also concentrates all his spare time in doing academic research in his discipline. All the effort is well appreciated by his manager, and finally been paid off. He achieves the success at last.

As we discussed above, surely, success is closely related to good looks and good ideas. However, from my own sight, it is the good ideas that pose a more favorable influence on attaining success.
