11.27 Good looks and dresses are more important for success than good ideas. Agree or disagree?

发现好像写的有点多了。。。
我不太了解T的作文套路，所以没有按套路写，是按自己的理解写的。。。
不过改了别人的作文，应该就会有所了解了吧~

Good looks and dresses, compare with good ideas, which is more important for success? Everyone has their onw definition about this. In my opinion, good looks and good idea are both very important, but good idea is more significant.The reasons are easy to understand. If somebody have good ideas, but no good looks or good dresses, maybe he or she can also get success, just harder. However,if reverse their position, it is impossible to success.

First of all, I want to talk about the situation that having good exterior, but no good interior. Good appearance is important for success, because it can leave a good impression to other people, that’s the first step for sucess. For example, there are two men both apply a job, one of them is handsome, wear Valentino suits and Crocodile shoes; and the other one just looks like Quasimodo of the Notre-Dame de Paris, with ragged clothes, looks so sluttish. Just depends on the exterior, which one would you like more to employ? Of course the anterior person. So the man have more rates to have the chance to the next step of the interview. And about the second man, maybe the examiner even don’t have any interesting to ask him any questions, just kick him out. That’s why people always dressed well to go to the interview, the goal is to leave a good impression.

However, the anterior man have no brains. When asking him some questions, he cannot give any good answer, he don’t have the interior – the good ideas. That’s why people always ask questions when people are interviewing, the purpose is digging out the interior of people. So, certainly the man is unemployed by the company finally.So, have a good looking just like have a tool to knock the door of success, it means have more chances, but it don’t indicate that you can open the door already.

Now let’s talk about: when people have good idea, but don’t have a good looking, what would happen? Well, still use the two men I’ve mentioned before as an instance. The story hasn’t finished yet. The second man, although he don’t have good appearance, he is brilliant. He losed a lot of interview oppotunities because his ugly. But, finally, a man discovered his tallent, and eployed him.Slowly, his position became higher and higher, now, he is a manager working in a big company now. But the first man, he still work in a small company, and do some trivial things like pour the garbage.The names of the two men are Jack and David, they are two friends of mine. Through the story about them we can see without good looking but tallent – which is good idea – can also get success, but cannot come into existence if turn them over.

Therefore, I suppose that good idea just like the key of the door of success, the people who have it holds the initiative, so finally they can use their keys to open the door of course. But the men who just have good looking they just have tool to knock they door, it’s not the core for success. So that’s why I think that the good idea is much more important.
