The listening and reading passage have a conflict of opinion about the pros and cons of the practice.The reading material outlines its three major benefits,which are contradicted by the following lecture.
To begin with,the lecture claims that there are some members don't contribute to the team well at all and many members have opposite feeling said in the reading material due to the good consequence is recognize as a whole with no individual names.  
In addition,the lecture goes on to discuss the issue that team work may cost very long time to reach consistent and many members are managed by influencial so that an idea will be dropped easily without further discussing.On the other hand,they may work idea directly and  ignore other members' ideas who always warn group.This perspective differ from with is mentioned in the article that group can work more quickly and come up with highly creative solutions.
Furthermore,the lecture also opposes to the writer's expectation by emphasizing that if the work fail ,all the members will got blamed .On the contrary, about the same problem ,the insisted that members in the team can all get rewarding as a significant one.
