Will student still use printed books in 20 years from now on? Some people hold the positive attitude. But I support the assertion that students will not use paper books any more in 20 years from now on.What will happen in the future can not be exactly predicted, however, such anticipation may be reasonable. First of all, in consideration of the environmental problems, the anticipation will happen in that time.(这个句子是不是太中国化了?) Since the global green has become a trend, the trees are more and more important as time goes. If the printed books are still in the list of the students’ reading plan(好), large amounts of trees are certainly needed. To read a printed book really wastes the student’s time as there are always something they want to and do not want to read. For reading just part of the book, students have to buy the whole book.
Some people may give the opponent perspective that students can get the books from the library, they do not need to buy the whole book. Yes, Admittedly, (library exists in nearly every school. However, as the internet appears, lots of schools begin to use the electric library. The electric library may replace the real library in someday in the future. To keep up the library, the school has to put a huge budget in maintaining it. Borrowing and returning the books need manpower to manipulate. Cleaning bookshelves or the library and arranging the returned books need someone to manage, too. Such revenue can be cut down if the electric library applied into practice. 6 i+ e* X+ L, v3 d2 p; }1 V
And Picking out the information they need in the thick book wastes the time which they can spend on other useful information. Furthermore, the appearance of computer and Internet gives the students a convenient and time-saving way to get what they want, not to mention the powerful software which can help the students to load the electric books and locate to the useful parts. In general, I think students can learn more from the Internet than the printed books.

Some parents may be worried about the kids’ sight a lot if the printed books are replaced by Internet information. In my view, in 20 years, the computers may be equipped with newly invented material to help protect human’s sight from computer radiation. We can not just depend on the printed books to protect the kids’ sight conventionally. We can ,but solve the problem with the improving technology. . S( v5 [$ [+ e2 l. @

To sum up, the printed books will be no more a mean for students to get what they want to learn. Other resources like Internet or something even more advanced may replace the paper books which are not convenient or environmental friendly.
