Human's achievements today, are based on the study of history, the value the study of history is far beyond our day-to-day life, it has the value to affect the human future.

First of all, the study of history helps us to avoid the mistakes that happened in history. Politics, for example, the huge mistake, which lead the country failed, made by China's Tsing government is the close-doorism policy. This policy lead China's big decline and fell behind the world's steps, therefore, to avoid this doing this again, the Chinese contemporary government make the policy that connect the world's communication closely which is a main factor to lead China today's achievement. The significant different between human and other species is that we can do things based on the history which made human's civilization continuing.

In addition, we can understand our inside nature clearly. From the river of history, we can understand our essentiality has not changed. Desire, for instance, the wars, the conflicts all caused of human's endless desire. As we know this, we can control this to avoid more warfare. Or, from the history, we can clearly find that warfare has nothing but harm to our human being. All of this are based on the study of history and has a eminent meaning to help human change the world which is far beyond mere relevant to our daily lives.

Furthermore, the word "globalized" is more and more important today, it is necessary to us to know the other culture's history. To satisfying the need, the study of history, played a significant role. We can understand the people's behavior with a different culture by study history of their culture. For example, when US government negotiates with China's government, they have to know each other’s culture to understand each other in order to make a successful diplomacy. Accordingly, the study history played a important role on the path to globalization.

At last, the study of history also helps us in study a subject. We can understand a subject more thoroughly by studying the history of that. Philosophy, for instance, to study the history of that we can clearly know the form, development, and flourish of it, through this we can understand why the stoicism affected the western philosophy for so long a time, which can help us to learn the contemporary philosophy. So as the other subject, the value of study history help every field of study to progress.

As a conclusion, the value of history is far more than affect our daily lives but to help us to understand ourselves fully and lead us to progress in the future.
