I fundamentally agree with the speaker’s first assertion that the destiny of society hinge on how children are socialized. The future of a nation is closely related to the citizens living there, the development of children thereof in society must be paid great attention to. To this regard, the speaker show regret for not good at raising socialized children so that they can contribute to bettering our society according to the first claim. In my observation the human beings have been trying to socialize children and have established a system to do so in spite of climbing space existing, indeed.
Considering first the speaker’s statement that how children are socialized today determines the destiny of society. I totally approve the viewpoint everybody should adapt oneself to society, at the same time,I'd better announce what is the definition of the “socialized”? The process of socialized can be cosidered as ones put themselves into the society and bath in it until they could drive themselves freely. Then, the essence of society lies in/consisits in diverse activities of human beings for they are the principal part of society. Moreover, development of society demands just competition, friendly collaboration and sense of social responsibility, all of which, involved in territories of politics, economics and cultures, should be accomplished and embodied in the process of socialization. Simultaneously, it's awfully crucial and inevitable for individual to be socialized in that(因为,前后因果关系) no one can live an ample life without communicating with others. Consequently, the destiny of society depends on the degree of socialization of children, the future of our nation.
Considering the next claim that we have not yet learn to cultivate socialized children to better society, I concede that climbing space exists for us to reflect on how to optimize the direction and promote the extent of the children’s socialization, but whether we have made it already depends on the criteria(criterion) for socialization. The reason of speaker’s mind, an over-statement at best, as I see it, may be that too many negatives of our society are kept an eye upon and that children are almost the only one in each family, which probably lead to some inexpectant(不期待的) characters such as ill-communication, indifference to peers even self-centredness(自我中心).此句望拍
In contrast, the reasonable standard is to see whether our society is healthily moving on and children can fit themselves there or not. As a whole, the life of a society will experience three periods-generation, development and extinction. At the beginning, the citizens must learn to adapt themselves to the new-born environment, and therefore, the government attempts to discover a host of possible methods-drawing up constitution and rules to protect the citizens’ rights, creating economical polices for the market running, innovating educational systems for citizens to establish new personal value.etc.–to prepare for the people’s socialization. Later, the process of the development is a period of all people striding to better themselves to be socialized via living through every frustration while surfing in the society. When it comes to the end of the dynasty, socialization reaches on the highest point since citizens are so familiar with the law of their society that diverse of essential defects, impossible to be improved without social changes, profoundly emerge. Then, I quest that if we have not yet learn to raise children to better society, how can the next generation undertake the missions and push forward the civilization? How can history move on? In short, despite being of advant-space, we have mastered the basic rules of raising children to better society.
In sum, the definition, necessary and inevitability of children’s socialization, supports the fact that Children’s socialization determinates the destiny of society, clearly and convincingly. So, we should pursite more perfect way to the upbringing of socialized children and prevent them from going astray, in spite of good jobs we have done.
