With obeying to laws, people may gain much benefit and convenience. In other words, if there is no law or rule to guide everyone's behavior, we can have a lot of troubles in our daily life. For example, without the constraint of traffic rules, there will possible a mess in the street everyday, which make it difficult for people to go to work on time. Consequently, people have attained much convenience from the traffic rules. Moreover, the limitation of laws provides us a stable society. It is likely that there will be numerous violence such as robbery, stealing, and so forth without the laws. Somebody may do anything without considering the results, because they do not have to be responsible for their behaviors. There are no justified written documents to punish them. It is a catastrophe for both people and the society without the limitation of laws. Thus, in order to have a better life and stable society, everybody should obey the laws.

Furthermore, it is complex to judge whether a law is just or not. Different people have different ways of judgment. Also in different position, people may have different views. The ideas of people are subjective and selective, which means they cannot have a unique standard of proving a law is just or not. Take the traffic law as an example. During an investigation of a car accident, it is possible that the driver think he has not broke the law and the one he has hurt should be responsible. However, in the position of the pedestrian who was hit by the car, he may consider that the only responsibility of the accident is the driver's. In this case, in different positions of these two people,  that whether the traffic law is just or not is a case to case problem. In addition, in different societies, the judgment of just laws is also different. Because various societies have a variety of origins and cultures, which lead the societies to have different criterions. For instance, in the western society, abortion is illegal. Every baby has the right to live and the mother should give the life to them. However, in the east Asia, the law allows women to abort. Also the death penalty is forbidden is some countries. Nevertheless, in China the criminal law has the right to announce death penalty. Due to different values and cultures, the laws in different societies are much different. Therefore, it is complicated and difficult to justify whether any low is impartial or not.

Finally, in my opinion, the laws are comparably just in the democracy society. With the development of society, the law also has progressed a lot from the ancient times. The rules and regulations tend to be more impartial and consummate. For example, during the Second World War in Germany, the society emphasized on aggression rather than people's freedom, life and health. Compared to the present laws, the laws at the moment are unjust. Because the laws did serve as rules to protect people and their properties, instead they tend to hurt people and destroy their homeland. All these have disappeared in the democracy society. Nowadays, people obey the laws voluntarily and the laws themselves are responsible for preventing people and society from damaging. Hence, in the democracy society the laws are more impartial than before, and it is not necessary for us to disobey any laws.

To sum up, everybody is responsible to obey the laws. It is not wise to judge whether a law is just or not. Due to different ways of thinking of people and different cultures of societies, it is too complicated to judge a just law. Consequently, in my view, we should obey the laws of democracy society.
