Most people recognize the benefits of individuality, but the fact is that personal economic success requires conformity.

It is naturally acknowledged that most of the personal success is attributed to the individual endeavor and harkworking, since there is no free lunch in the world. However, as far as I am concerned, I am strong in favor of the statement that personal economic success should also require confirmity and cooperation.

Firstly from a sociological point of view, it is self-evident that human being, as a social animal, highly values the cooperation and confirmity from the beginning of the civilization. Thoughout the thousands of years of evolution and prosperity on earth, the spirit of collectivism deeply marks the fundamental psychological and physiological characteristics of individuals, turning out to be a basic nature in human society. A person, after he or she was born, cannot survive and nurture alone without help and assist of others; therefore, an individual can hardly work independably in the study, work, and live in such an interlinked community or group, even regardless of success or failure.

Secondly, after a close examination of the modern economic operation and events, we can easily illustrate myriad of samples indicating that personal success is highly bound to confirmity and cooperation. Taking the most innovative business tycoon Bill Gates for instance, many people appreciate and praise his miraculous success and contribution by personal struggle and innovation after he quit college study. However, the boom and achievement of Microsoft Empire is not established and constructed by Bill Gates alone. Paul Allen, Gates' friend and cooperator made an unparrelled attempt in the design and promotion of Windows series production and company administration as well as marketing cultivation.

I concede that economic success also needs individual creation and hardworking. Yet we cannot outlook the potential danger and hidden threat in over-emphasis individuality on business or economic life , which may lead to favoring lassez-faire in modern society. Without the restriction or control to the freedom or competition, many business person may achieve their economic success by any means, which run again the principle of fair play in economic competition so as to harm the health of overall economic environment, even resulting to the collapse to their own former achievement. American Corporation Enron is a typical sample to this tragic tendency.

In sum, for the above-mentioned analysis, we safely conclude that conformity and cooperation play a irreplacable and dominate role in personal economic success. A wise business person must be an imaginative creator together with an excellent term-work player.

这篇写完没怎么检查就贴上了，的确漏洞百出，惭愧啊！

我现在基本上直接选题号写，提纲现在在一个个看。我计算过如果考试的时候最多允许花5分钟列提纲，所以在模考的时候就把这几分钟省掉后写。
