51. Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each students.

WIll the education be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student. Different people have different opinions about it.  Someone would say that it is unpractical for education to be specifically designed  to meet the individual needs and interests of each student. Some others would argue that all genious was born in specifical education. As for me, the effectiveness of education should evaluated in different situation and different country and different family

FIrst of all, education, defined as to cultivate people with knowledge and intelligence, as well as experience, is more effective when it take into account the needs of the society. In this case, in order to keep the order of the society and to provide a similar system of value, including the equality of the normal citizens, education could not be specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each students.  Our society needs educated men and women who have similar understanding of the society that they could have a similar goal to study and work together to push out society go ahead.  Specific education would foster any specific, even quaint traits and disposition of students when they are grown up, all of which would undermine the societal goal of education. Nowadays, any noble schools have featured such phenomena which illustrate any negative effects, say, unable to communicate with normal people and hard to accomodate with our main society or any disposition flaws, like hypercritical, arrogant, presumptious and etc.

The another reason why I against the specific education lies in that, limiting to the resources of education, our society does not have any possibility to provide any specific education for each student. Especially in a developing country, the government could not finance enough funds in education, and no more teachers who can take part in specific education.

On the countrary, in any countries, especially any advanced country, like japan, USA and so on, any milionaire or billionaire, like Michael jackson, who never put their children into local or communical school, because they are afraid that their children would learn any mischievous behaviora, and according to the interest of their children, they invest almost more than 10 thousands dollars or more into their children's education and hire any specific instructors. As a matter of fact, such phenomena is still very unprevailing. Such milionaires and billionaires is still "minority" of our society.

Furthermore, someone would say that any genius, like pianist, Dong Dong of china, who was cultivated by their parients who brought up Dong Dong themselves without any normal education, like literature, mathematics except piano performance, was actually cultivated by specific education. In fact, when Dong Dong was a child, their parients found any talents in music and piano, which motivate their parients to give him any specific education. Nevertheless, we should also notice that Dong Dong is still minority in our society. As for a majority of the normal families, they could not mimic the Dong Dong's educational way due to the destitution, time and other factors which would obstacle the specific education of their children, or in the childhood, children does not reveal any talent in any fields.

In summary, the effectiveness of the education is different in different people's mind and it should be choosed by different people's hope and talents. Nevertheless, as for any developing country, when the main problem is to get a good job or even have a chance to go to school, specific education would be unpragmatic when we take into account the needs of society. Yet, the function or method of specific education could be fulfilled in any specific family, if they hope.
