------题目------
The following appeared in a letter sent by a committee of homeowners from the Deerhaven Acres to all homeowners in Deerhaven Acres.
'Seven years ago, homeowners in nearby Brookville community adopted a set of restrictions on how the community's yards should be landscaped and what colors the exteriors of homes should be painted. Since then, average property values have tripled in Brookville. In order to raise property values in Deerhaven Acres, we should adopt our own set of restrictions on landscaping and housepainting.'

In the argument, the arguer concludes that the restritions on landscaping and housepainting should be adopted for the purpose of raising property values in Deerhaven Acres. Reasonable as what the arguer analyses seems, however, the argument suffers from sevear fallacies.

In the first place, the arguer fails to convince us that it is the restritions on landscaping and housepainting in nearby Brookville contributes to average property values tripled. The arguer does not provide detail in that. It is quite possible that the structure of room dedicate to the increasing value. It is also possible that the spot where the room were built attract the homeowers. Without ruling out these possibility, it is artrary for the arguer to conclude.

In the second place, the argument is base on false analogy. The arguer simply assume that Bookville and Deerhaven Acres are just nearby , but he doesnot mention anything about those in details that those two are really comparable. As we know, there are must difference between Bookville and Deerhaven Acres . It is true that people in Bookville and Deerhaven Acres need to purchase apartments, but even here there exists fundamental differences: to begin with, it is not necessary same that  the two position`s people like on landscaping and housepainting .It is quite possible for houseowners in Deerhaven Acres to dislike the same landscaping and housepainting because of the various traditions and culture.Furthermore, granted that  houseowners in Deerhaven Acres dislike the same landscaping and housepainting, but if the location isnot appropriate for the spot of house, or the price is too high, those people would not purchase those homes. Therefore, before the arguer offers more evidence that houseowners like on landscaping and housepainting as people in Brookville and can afford for those room, the arguer does not draw further conclusion.

In conclusion, the argument lacks credibility that the proof quoted in the construe can lend less support what the arguer insist. To convince us, the arguer needs to provide more evidence regarding average property values tripled because of  landscaping and housepainting in nearby Brookville and the comparability between Bookville and Deerhaven Acres.

用词不错,语法小错不少,逻辑错误很多,给人感觉缺乏深入分析。总体结构不错,开头结尾都有自己的模板,好!
