The arguer claims that revitalization through new leadership is the surest path to success in any profession and the leaders in power should step down after five years. In my point of view, I firmly believe that the surest way leading to success is a good system or pattern instead of revitalization through new leadership.

When the social system of a country is excellent, the country will become the most appealing countries in the world, generally speaking. America is a case in point. Many people often say that the most valuable thing that America has brought to the whole human society is government by law instead of the strongest country at present or other things. The system makes sure that the presidents and other politicians behave on the behalf of the whole American rather than only themselves. Thus, even if a leader of the country or some state is not so excellent, the country or state will still make progress. Furthermore, if a leader wants to do something benefiting himself while undermining the interests of the mass, he or she will be forced to step down and throw into prison. So a good system is an effective way to make sure the success of a government.

As far as education is concerned, we can find that a good system is also effective. There are many good examples in the field of education. I want to analyze the survey and reference of an academic paper as an example. There is no denying that there are many talents in both China and the west society. The academicians in Chinese, especially in social science, pay little attention to the survey and reference of an academic paper and therefore often are not familiar with the relevant researches of others. This leads to lots of so called "innovations". Although the talents may make large progress sometimes, the advance accomplished by individual is limited. On the contrary, the academicians in west society emphasize the survey and reference, their contributions to a field will be calculated and so their advance is huge after a long time. This illustrates that the gap of social science between China and west countries can be partly contributed to the difference of academic system.

Some people may claim that good system in business is not as effective as in government and education. Unfortunately, business is not an exception. What will come in our mind as we mention the most successful firm? Coca-Cola, KFC, etc.. What is the foundation of their success? Obviously, it is not the most developed technology in the world for Coca-Cola only sells a cup of especial "water" and KFC sells few kinds of fried food. It is the extremely excellent pattern of management that leads to their success.

Admittedly, the revitalization through new leadership is helpful for the success in some cases. Generally speaking, new leaders can bring new idea which may improve the system of the field or make progress at that time. Bohr, one great physician in Denmark, is a case in point. The topping physical scientists paid little attention to Denmark before Bohr came back from England. However, Copenhagen had become one of the three most centers of physics at that time after only few years for Bohr attracted some promising young physicians to go there and so established the school of Copenhagen. Undoubtedly, the effect of the leader is completely showed in Bohr.

Taking into account the factors above, I may finally arrive at the conclusion that good system or pattern is the surest path to success for any enterprise and the revitalization through new leadership is also important.
