Will government funding threaten the integrity of the arts? And furthr will government funding undermine the artistic value of the arts? Facing these complex issue, any extreme responses would be improper. And as far as I am concerned, whether government funding will diminish the integrity and artistic value of the arts  is a case-by-case issue

To begin with,  as governors are usually laymen in the fields of art and art has much difference with other common subject, they might have been not able to distinguish which kind of art s should be protected and preserved. It is quite possible that they might legislate some finanicial policies to fund the arts which is in accordance with their own taste but not with the artistic angle. And the forgotten part of art, to much extent, preserves the most artistic value. Under this circumstance, blind government funding may threaten the integrity of the arts.

Further, blind government funding might to some extent preserve some art works which is of no artistic value or even is of antihuman.Bacause of the blind or inscientific funding of the government, there will be some conflict between the orthodox art and the art of evil. Even the orthodox art would overwhelm the valueless art, the passion and power of orthodox art to get promoted is seriously hurt.  Therefore, to this extent, government funding disturbs the rapid advancing speed of the arts. To solve the problems above, the government should invite some specialized artist in the process of funding legislation of art.

However, the art of evil makes up only a small percent of in the field of artistic works, so government funding of arts will be proved of much value.  And the profit of government funding of art lies in two aspects as follows.

On one hand, government funding is able to save and preserve some kinds of art patterns which are lying on the edge of extinction. Alone with the steps of modernization, some kind of rare art patterns, such as some music and dancing styles in the center of Africa and South America, gradually went far from the eye sight of the people, and fianlly died out. While, these art styles are valuable marks to present the history of art development in the very district and of significant guidance to the new art styles. So government funding upon these art patterns would not only preserve the single art  but also protect the diversity of the whole field of art.

On the other hand, to the thriving kind of art patterns, the art patterns proved to have proseprity in the future or the art style which is beneficial to people's spiritual life, government funding will provide them with sufficient resouce to advance rapidly.   For instance, the Chinese government funds many symphony groups to play classical music in the chief musical halls through out the country. As a result, not only the development of classical music is much enhanced but also the mind of the public seeks much nutrition from the very music.

To sum up, government should better distinguish the art style that should be funded and the reverse. And if better operated, government would not threaten the integrity of arts but help to advance its prosperity.

我到现在还没有勇气写艺术类得文章，这个是政治加艺术我最头疼了

就是得写，一开始哪怕，一个小时，两个小时一篇也得动笔写，我第一次写argu就是一个多小时，然后到第三篇基本就可以限时成功了，issue第一次基本折腾了我两个钟头

动笔写写马上就好了，不能怕，狠下心写出来就好了

14号~还来得及哦，加油加油
