In addition, if lacking of the library containing abandon scientific books and other areas literatures or computer centers that connect the whole world, it is obvious that the university lost many important factors consisting of a outstanding university. It appears reasonable, therefore, for people to consider more sides of judging what a best university is.

Even if several faculty members of the University of Claria are internationally renowned as leaders, the argument rooted on the further assumption that two subjects of the university may have a high research level represents that the all the scientific studies of the school are the head of the world. But there is no any powerful evidence which can prove the relevant between the research leader abilities of English teachers and other subjects’ professors.
