    As the speaker assert, laws are only divided into two parts. One is just law, and the other is unjust law. Each person in the society has a duty to not only obey just ones but also disobey unjust ones. As point of my view, the statement oversimplifies the function of the law upon the human world.

    First of all, I do agree with the issue that just law should be obeyed by everyone with responsibility. An increasing number of people are beginning to realize that our society should not advance without the guide of laws. Only just laws could regular our behaviors and activities, so that our society could be better and better. Moreover, I believe that all the laws should be obeyed no matter what kind of law it is. Because it is impossible to identify what kind of law is just and what kind of law is unjust. We can conclude that there is no extremely just law and unjust law, due to different people has different views. If we could disobey laws only because that we think it is unjust, the society will break down soon. Laws are the fundamental backbone of society, especially modern society，and everyone must obey the laws in order to maintain society.

    However, it is true that some unjust laws play negative efforts on people and society such as a majority of racialism laws. In the early of nineteen century, black people did not have any right but pain. They did not have freedom because they have to work for white people all the time without relax. Being treated as cattle, democracy was a dream for them. Due to the supplement of law, people became more cold-bloodedness and ruthlessness. In the same time, the society was quite insecurity and confusion.

    How to treat the unjust laws is very significant. In fact, the laws should not keep constant, as many people think; on the contrary, they should be challenged and measured in the progress of social development. As the president Thomas Jefferson said that no society can make a perpetual constitution, or even a perpetual law. So laws should adjust in different age if require is really to be noticed. Although Martin Luther King Jr, the world famous leader of the black people, influenced the laws of racialism in 1960's, he did not disobey any law during the time. As a result, we can improve the unjust laws without disobeying.

    In summary, as one of the crucial elements of modern society, the laws have to be served as the guidance for almost all the people to live and work in a right way and also provide them with a stabilized climate.

Because it is impossible to identify what kind of law is just and what kind of law is unjust.(既然如此，前面就不要用just 来修饰了吧) We can conclude that there is no extremely just law and unjust law, due to different people has different views. If we could disobey laws only because that we think it is （they are）unjust, the society will break down soon.
