I totally agree with the speaker's opinion that machines, as tools of human minds, are made by humankind and never superior to human minds. I will shore up my conclusion by analyzing it from technology view and the difference between humankind and machine view as below.

From the technology view, we can know that whether common machine or advanced machine, they are both the output of humankind's wisdom, so they have to obey the human's instructions with no condition. As is known to everyone, machines are invented to provide convenience for people's life, such as bulb, car, computer and the like. With the fast development of technology, many 'intelligent' machines are invented and produced, which give some people the worry that someday machine will exceed and control human instead. Actually, such worry is absolutely unnecessary. When deep studying the 'intelligent' machines, we can find that they are not really intelligent and have thinking, however, they are just very complicated. For example, recently, some advanced toys are found in the market, such as dogs and rag baby. They can even have expressions or laugh and cry, which astonish most customers. In fact, all the behaviors are also controlled by human using complex programs, without which the toys can do nothing.

When comparing human and machine, we can find that human has many advantages that machine does not have, such as critical thinking ability and feelings, which enact important function in deciding machine can never exceed human mind. Critical thinking and analysis ability is one the most important difference between human and other animals, so does between human and machine. Just because of such ability, people can invent so many machines to improve their lives. In addition, humankinds have feelings, and they can express their happy, unhappy, and the like, but machines cannot. Just the feelings make people do lots of unexpected behaviors, however machines never can do, and they are perform within people's anticipation all the time.

However, we have to admit that since some people's abuse of machines, there are many problems that are hard to be controlled by human, such as pollutions or nuclear weapon issues, but it should not be ascribed to machine and actually it is still problem of humans themselves. Recently, people have realized that pollutions are destroying environment seriously and nuclear weapons are threatening human's safety. And there are many similar problems puzzling human, some of which are even out of control. Is it the machines' fault? The answer is certainly not. All these problems are resulted from people's abuse of machines. Consequently, what to be worried should not be the assumption that machines will be superior to human minds; however, it should be the issue how to control the abuse of machines.

To sum up, the human mind will always be superior to machines whether technically or from common sense, however, human should make good use of machines and control the bad use of them.
