183.Many employees of major United States corporations are fearful that they will lose their jobs in the near future, but this fear is largely unfounded. According to a recent study, a majority of companies expected to make new hires in the coming year, while fewer companies expected to lay off employees. In addition, although it is very disturbing to be laid off, the proliferation of programs and of workshops designed to improve job-finding skills has made being laid off far less painful than it once was.

In this argument, the arguer claims that many employees are fear of dismission in the near future, and that this fear is unwarranted. This conclusion is supported by the evidence that many companes expected to make new hires and fewer companies want to fire employees. Meanwhile, the arguer also infer that being laid off far less painful than before, for the improved job-finding skills of employees.

First of all, the speaker fails to provide the evidence that many employees of major USA coporations are fearful that they will lose their jobs. The only one possible evidence for this conclusion in this argument could be that a majority of companies tend to offer new hires, which is unfounded to make the employees fear out though. Because of the fact that companies recruit new empoyees every year to produce more products, so as to satisfy their increasing number of clients' requirement. To clarify that many employees are worried about their jobs must provide convicing statics from the persons concerned.

The argument above is weakened to represent that the fear of losing job is unwarranted in two ways. In the first place, we can get no helpful information to make the employees feel ease from the representation that fewer companies expected lay off employees. We do not know which companies are the fewer ones and how many of them. It is reasonable for the employees to passively think that they could be the bad luck ones. In the second place, the proliferation of programs and of workshops designed to improve job-finding skills can only make the situation more worse, because the competition will be more firece due to the increasing number of skillful job hunters.

A questionaire should be designed to aggregate information from employees about their feaful level of losing job. Meanwhile, more conving analysis to release the employees' pressure should be well presented. For instance, we can list few low performance companies which expected to lay off employees.

In this argument, the arguer claims that many employees are fear of dismission in the near future, and that this fear is unwarranted. This conclusion is supported by the evidence that many companes(companies) expected (expect) to make new hires and fewer companies want to fire employees. Meanwhile, the arguer also infer (infers) that being laid off (will be) far less painful than before, for the improved job-finding skills of employees.

First of all, the speaker fails to provide the evidence that many employees of major USA coporations(corporations) are fearful that they will lose their jobs. The only one possible evidence for this conclusion in this argument could be that a majority of companies tend to offer new hires, which is unfounded to make the employees fear out though (fear out of thoughts). Because of the fact that companies recruit new empoyees (employees) every year to produce more products, so as to satisfy their increasing number of clients' requirement. To clarify that many employees are worried about their jobs must provide convicing (convincing) statics from the persons concerned. (我觉得应该是personal concern)

In the second place, the proliferation of programs and of workshops designed to improve job-finding skills can only make the situation more worse, because the competition will be more firece (fierce) due to the increasing number of skillful job hunters.

A questionaire (questionnaire) should be designed to aggregate information from employees about their feaful (fearful) level of losing job. Meanwhile, more conving(convincing)analysis(复数,analyses) to release the employees' pressure should be well presented. For instance, we can list few low performance companies which expected to lay off employees.
结尾段给个标志词吗,都看不出来,多说一点原因感觉分析就一句话,不详细还可以多列举一些原因,注意打字。
