Based on the experience of three labors, supposing that it would be a mistake to rehire the Good-Taste Company (GTC), and then citing several advantages of Discount Foods (DF), the author accordingly concludes that hiring Discount will lead to improve employee satisfaction. However, a careful scrutiny of the evidence reveals it accomplishes little credible supporting the author' claim, as discussed below.


To begin with, grounding on three employees' complaint in last month, the author unfairly assumes that all of our employees do not satisfy the GTC. Firstly, the number of participants, 3, might constitute an insufficiently small sample to draw any reliable conclusions about the dissatisfaction of all labors. Perhaps the salary of those employees is really low so that they could not bear the experience of the meal while other employees earn plenty of money and then they believe that the price of GTC is not so high. Secondly, he author fails to indicate the exact time when those labors complain and the time period, only a month, during which all conditions may vary drastically. It is entirely possible that the price of food is pushed up due to the inflation. Without ruling out all other possible, the author cannot convince me that GTC is not satisfied by all of labors.

It is highly possible that DT is the most expensive caterer in the city and therefore most employees cannot afford it food.
