Standing in the position of a nation, the decision-maker must consider how to protect the country and its folks, how to develop the country’s strength. A piece of news ever said that our country invested hundreds million to improve the quality of the spacesuits. What the clothes should be to let the astronaut move around in the outer space without receive the damaged radiation? It has been a vital research program for many countries which have the ambition and potential to quest the further mystery. How could we calculate the specific gravity of the huge sum of money we put into the program with the repayment to the ordinary people’ lives? The answer is lucid but we all know it’s deserved. For it may not contribute to our own life, it will improve our posterity’s living.
    And saying in another level, some researchers are belongs to the kind which may not apply in contemporary era but in a further time. One can rarely live without computer now. Studying, playing, working, we have to admit that it’s hard for us to get away from the little “notebook”. But a few decades ago, computer is just a heavy “box” which you can only do some straightforward calculation. And the user of it is not the public but the army. The primary purpose to invent computer is not for the public but the undercover military activities. At that time no one can forecast that with the development of the technology and update of the idea, computers walked out from the home of the peerage and then become an indispensable member of the boisterous world. It’s not a “baby” for the major, but it actually became. If we deny it when it first comes to the world because of the reason that it’s not useful for the masses, how could we get today’s achievement?
