no.5 是否应该使用统一教材
提纲
（总述知识用于对自身素质的提升，统一与分开教育的意义各不相同。）
（分开教育的必要性，分两段阐述）
A作为一个国家，地域差异决定了风俗文化的不同。同一授课可能会有难度，此时若展开分别教育可能会有更好的效应。同时统一的教材不利于教育创新，很多好方案难以被采用。举例：中国应试教育（说明死板方式对创新的抹杀，导致学生能力低下）
b人们有权利选择自己的爱好及发展方向。兴趣可能决定成败。举例：Bill Gates or Dell（因个人兴趣放弃了高等教育但是却开拓了一片更为光明的天地）另外国家难以保证每个学生都能接受最好的教育，所以分开教育给这些人以机会。在失去高等教育的情况下，习得适用于生存的一项技能往往更为重要。
（统一教育的好处：两段）
c 国家的统一教材是有专家根据自身国家普遍状况而编制的，适应于大部分教育，也更加的权威。这使得很多难以进行教育创新的边远地区满足了最基本的要求。举例：非洲很多国家教育条件恶劣，难以负担分别教育。（此时统一教育就有可能会起到更好的作用）
d 道德教育的规范是统一的。人们必须树立一个良好的道德体系并严格遵守。道德是衡量一个人最重要的标准。举例：中国儒家思想的深远影响是应该被予以积极肯定并发扬光大的仁义礼智信是人们应该遵守的道德标准，不允许随意违反（肯定了道德教育同一的重要性）

Learning knowledge is a process during which we purify the spirit and improve the ability. Our society is a unit of various individual, thus a perfect way is imperative to meet every diverse need. Obviously, different styles present different conclusions.  General education is an effective way to reach a comprehensive level, and the specialized one is creative enough to update the rote learning type. Which of these can really be a beneficial one to a nation's citizens?  Whether the general one or the separate one should be chosen? I believe that no clearly answer could be given.
As a nation, one will face a broad land and multifarious type of customs, even the most remote region shares its special culture. China is a 960 square kilometers wide nation which contains 56 ethnic groups, and each of them was fashioning out a unique culture of their own experience. General education may stand an originally beneficial point but finally put itself on a difficult situation with execution. Moreover, general education is not favored when the innovation is considered. Rote learning style may kill the enthusiasm if peoples' creative idea will never be honored. China, for example, is deeply afflicted by the examination-oriented educational system. Schools and parents impose their will on children and restrain any ideas deviate from the "right way". As a result, students are kept far away from innovation and useful survival capability, which are the very qualification a society needs. As we often hear about the tragedy of suicide among adolescents caused by inability of adjusting the "real" society, it is time to explore a new way to solve this problem, thus the specialized education is suggested.
A student has the right to choose the method he or she prefers to obtain the knowledge.  As the proverb says "Interest is the best teacher", if one can create a thorough spacious sky via the unremitting strive, should the banal one be the obstacle? Bill Gates used to give up the most excellent opportunity, at least most people thought it would be, to study in Harvard, instead he chose to establish the Microsoft, a realm of computer. It shows clearly that everyone is potential to be a genius if proper surroundings provided. What's more, a nation could never promise that each of its citizens will be a good educated one because the permanent obstacle--poverty. What about those who can not afford the education fees? Therefore, the specialized education can give the untutored a chance to learn a useful skill to at least survive.
However, the general education is always fully tested by experts to assure that it can adjust to most situations of a nation. Just like some remote areas which can not even fulfill basic living needs, not mention to establish a specialized education system. Then the general one can supply those children an opportunity to study, no matter how deeply the effect is.  In Africa, a big amount of countries are still fighting hard against famine and disease. Most people are illiteracy and even lack of basic living skills. The UN has provided a general educational system to help improve the status quo with the specialized one is still not possible, though.
As for morality, the regulation of unified education is indispensable. In this competitive society, people always choose to give up the morality to pursue the profit and power, which may result more social problems. But virtue is always the most essential standard to judge a person, no matter what kind of education he has accepted. In China or even the world, the Confucius runs through the whole ideology system. It is the marrow of human culture which should be observed and never be infringed. A nation needs to establish an integral system to carry forward these virtues, instead of indulging a disordered situation.
Above all, It is showed that the combination of general and specialized education would be the best choice to impel society development. The final aim of education is always creating a more civilized society, edifying the spirit and improving individual’s ability, different methods are only the implement helps reach it.

Pick your economic metaphors carefully. A few months ago, a close adviser to Britain's Prime Minister was pilloried by her fellow politicians for saying, "I am seeing a few green shoots, but it's a little bit too early to say exactly how they'd grow." Seems some people thought that was an insensitive thing to say on a day when a raft of U.K. companies announced layoffs. After all, seeing "green shoots" means you think the economy is doing pretty well, right? Is that really what it means?

觉得组长的遣词造句能力很强大啊，好多句子都写得很漂亮，开始还想标注一下，后来发现太多了，好多词也用的准确而新颖啊。
但是不知道说的对不对，我觉得后半部分也就是从第三段开始，一直在论述general&specialized education,这部分我跟大队长讨论过，应该简单的提一下，而本文要论述的是全国各地的课程设置，仔细想想应该不是同一个问题。

1.首先社会的组成主要是个人，只有个人才鞥那推动社会进步。意见相悖不可避免，它与意见一致共同从广度和深度两个方面促进了进步而非压力
2.拥有共同观点可以使自己的论点得到更充分的证明，深化了主体的内容。
例如：伽利略.哥白尼和开普勒共同服务于日心说，三人都在前者的基础上坐了更为精密的论证，奠定了坚实的基础，但是日心说又是机遇对地心说的反驳而产生的，由此，引出质疑的力量

Government exists to service people, to benefit their life and create a better living condition. There are many information opened to strengthen interactive communication between government and public. Yet some of them are necessary and even desirable to be withheld.
White lies are government's policies to protect its people and society from being annoyed. This is particularly revealed from two aspects: finance and nation defense, both of which are essential to keep a harmonious society. Finance represents a nation's real power, its stability insures a safe and peace surrounding. When the economical crisis appeared since last year, many large companies and banks applied bankruptcy and a big amount of people lost their job. During this whole process ,Obama government has been always claiming a confidence to the economical situation even though the GM applied to bankrupt protection and unemployment rate is continuously soaring. This is a kind of lie government does to public because people is easy to be frightened if the economical safety can never be assured, which always leads to an even worse situation.
As to nation defense ,everyone have understood that  it is the most essential part for a country, since a strong one can protect a nation from invading and military menance. Only this prerequisite being assured ,can a country develops in a healthy and stable way. Each of the official has the responsibility to keep those information secret. In this case, public can also understand the situation and treat it as a common issue.On the contrary, excessive disclosure of nation defense information may result the suspective and aggressive mood among persons. Recently, North Koera kept to progressing the nuclear weapons' experiment, which is not only condemned by other countries for the disturbing suspection it brings to the world, but also improves a radical mood among its citizens with a blindly patriotism in North Korea.
Therefore,the reasonable but not intentional concealment can be accepted. But some special purposes, self profit or power, for example, should be definitely avoided. Don't forget the basic significance of government:service public and then impels society improvement.  The transparent policies and active communication system are the most efficient way to improve its ability of being in power.
People have the right to know what the government they choose has done to benefit their real interest and daily, at the same time those may hurt their profits. Their living conditions are eager to be improved by new policies. A new healthy system helps everyone enjoys a healthy life, a well established transportation system makes the traffic easy and a colorful entertainment surrounding offers them a relax atmosphere in such a competitive society. All of these have been done or not by their trust government are concerned by public, because it is the reason they choose the prevent government to replace the former. On the contrary Government is the one who accepts the supervision to amend its policies and to meet its people's needs. Exchanging of information supplies just a perfect opportunity for communication.
If government chooses to conceal the information regardless the demand of public, a malicious opportunity will be used for an evil purpose.When some banks applied bankruptcy, rumors dispersed by some people who can gain profits from the mass are disseminated rapidly which may lead the jidui...a big and serious unrest to a society,until then, it will be too late for government to open their mouth because the dread have rooted in people's heart.
Above all the timely communication between government  and public is absolutely important for a country to sustain a stable and harmonious atmosphere.
