汗颜的作文，一开始题目都没有好好审题，写到第四段才有所悔悟，又倒回来重写，写得冲冲忙忙的，还好算是写完了


16 “Although many people think that the luxuries and conveniences of contemporary life are entirely harmless, in fact, they actually prevent people from developing into truly strong and independent individuals”



正文：

Nowadays wherever you go you can find the silhouette of automobiles, mobile phones and computers. It seems that these modern facilities has become necessity in our daily life. As many people think it dose bring us great conveniences and luxuries. But has the conveniences and luxuries contributed to develop people‘s truly strong and independent individual? Well in my opinion strong and independent individual is by no means developed by the conveniences and luxuries.

Take the convenient witch computer and internet bring us for example. It really seems make us a kind of independent more than ever before. It allow us to work at home purchase at home order food at home and manage our stock at home. It seems we don’t need to bother others and to live with our own, no need of postman, we can sent Email, no need of doctors, we can find what to do when we confront some illness as cold at net…. The convenient allowed us to control almost all the things by ourselves, we have to say such independence is what convenient help us to developed

But convenient and luxury can’t bring us overall independent individual. Continue the discuss on the convenient witch computer and internet bring us. What if one day computers break down or the net is not accessible. At that time people who work with computer can only stare at a black screen dally. No email can sent, no file can read or edit, no data can process. At that time we don’t need to mention the efficiency but we can’t even continue our ordinary life. So, if the modern facility gone, gone with the convenient and luxury it brings us and then we collapse. So we can come to the conclusion that the convenient and the luxury didn’t help develop our individual independence on the contrary it make us deeply depend on it on the convenience and the the modern facility witch give us such convenience.

When talking about the luxury and convenience of contemporary help develop strong individual, I really can’t agree. Just take automobile for instance ,it free people from walking or riding to and from work, it save us energy and time but by the same time it also take off the opportunity for us to do daily excise by working or riding in the past. No wonder you may find your old grandfather can walk more quickly and can walk for a much longer time than you. Because by driving a car you lose the opportunity to do excise and build up your body, you gain the convenient and luxury by driving a car at the expense of your body building opportunity and your ability to walk at a certain degree.

To sum up, through the convenient and luxury benefit us at certain degree but it didn’t help develop strong and independent individual. So that maybe we should alert our self to self-complete. Don’t depend on those convenient too much leave ourselves some space for bodybuilding and for think of ourselves
