When one born, one’s skin color, gender and nationality is not decided by oneself. However, someone claims that hardly does exist the absence of choice. From my own perspective, I agree with this views. No only is our society full of choice, but also we can utilize our bright eyes and strong courage to find the alternative, which it seems to no choice on the surface.

To begin with, we have to and are able to face a large ocean of choices and make decisions everyday. With the respective of our mundane life, we can choose when to go up, which food to eat in lunch, where to play with friends and which television programs to watch. In the sphere of essential choice in life, we need to choose which university to go, which company to work, who to marry with and so on. When it comes to education, optional courses have entered most of high schools and university. The massive choices, provided by optional courses, server a means to help students to find where their aptitude lies and stimulate them to learn further on the subjects, which are interesting to particular individual. In sum, in most of time, an army of options in life wait for us to select.

In addition, albeit to some extent, something we are not able to select, which appears to undermine one’s value, we can still make great magnificent contributions if we choose to be engaged in a struggle. One can not decide oneself to be a male or female when one born. Notwithstanding women are subordinated by men in history, but some ladies wins the world’s applause by making great efforts, such as Hillary Clinton, who ran for president last year, and Marie Curie, discoverer of Radium. Another case is sexual orientation, which is widely regarded by scientists as an innate property. Homosexual was not accepted by moral value of pubic in the past, nonetheless it is just one of human characteristics and merely does it impact on one’s achievement. Now we know that many giants is gay or lesbian, like Bacon, the great philosopher, and Turning, the father of computer. In sum, which determine one to make success in career is the choice whether to work with a pioneering spirit, rather then the inherent attribute can not be selected by oneself.

What's more, if we process the braveness to break down the tradition, we can make more choices. It is undeniable that the life track of most of us is born, going to school, work, marry, raise a child and died. It looks like everyone should obey this ancient life trajectory, nevertheless the brave can jump some steps. For example, Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft, dropped out of Harvard University. On one hand, lacking the complete education of college does not hamper his career. On the other hand, the courage, which spur him make the decision to give up study, encourages Bill to face the difficulties bravely. Since long-standing tradition values decrease our choice, only with fearlessness we can discover more alternatives behind the tradition.

In conclusion, we have a large amount of choices in our daily life. The confidence and intrepid gained though looking for choices and making decisions bring beneficial to us. Meanwhile the argument which admits no choice in life reflects the fear and timidity in the weakness of human nature.

History can be defined as the tool to teach our people how to do the work by the past experience. The guidance of past should not be considered useless, thought more and more people today think the importance of the past can be neglected. Without the experience of the past, we should learn everything from the beginning. The guidance of the past can’t be ignored, in spite of the new and complex situation today.

History is the process of human-being's development; it is the crystal of human intelligence. What our life style now can be found out its archetype in the past, the relation of the past and today can not be deny. The things today all have the shadow of the past, the action that we refuse the past means that we deny what we do today. The foundation of our society is the experience of the past. Without this precious experience, our life will be like the primitive people's life. Forgetting the past are equal to destroy our modern society. We should respect our history, and use it to reserve our lives today. The use of past experience can guide what we do today. For example, the biggest software company in our world, Microsoft, uses the history to help what they do now. The system they developed every time hold some mistakes, however, these mistakes happened won't come out in next system. The experience of systems' involution guides their new development, the summary of mistakes help them to avoid to making the mistakes which they have make.

The importance of history can not be ignored; however, we live in a society which needs us to look forward. We should not always stare at what we do past, the need of thinking about the future is necessary. The society is developing all the time, the involution of our society need us not only know what happened in the past but also know what will happened in the future. With this ability, we can control well what we do, instead, lose in the new and complex lives today. Both future and past should be paid much attention; losing one of them will cause lots of damage to human. Only focusing on the past will lead clotted mind, and the step of us will stagnate.

To both the past and the future, people lived in today should focus these two significant factors in every fields. Especially in the fields of science, we should value the application of these two key factors. Science is the power of our social development, the importance of science is connected the lives of human-beings. The view of the past and the future will guide science in the correct direction; most of scientific achievements are based on the past experience and the thinking of future. To hold a better world, people in every field shouldn’t neglect neither the past nor the future.

Overall, the issue that suggests people should ignore the past cause of its little guidance to the lives in today new and complex society is unilateral. The history tells us that if people who want to make better lives today should hold the view of both the past and the future. In every field, this point is applied.

In the world of science and technology, choice is anywhere. The situation is that it's no difficult to have choice; it's difficult to make choice. Choice can be defined as the process to seek a better way of future. People are always confused by a great deal choice.

The situation that few choices can be select is basically none. Different from past, we hold more choice to make cause of technology. Only the choice is not be found, it's not possible that none of choice leave for us. The development of technology can help people more way to choice, even if these ways can't be considered past. Thanks to technology, modern people can freely do their choice without the restriction. For instance, the things around us can indicate this situation. I need be bound for a place strange to me, I have no idea with the path. I had no choice to make, because no information can help me. At last, I decided to call for help to my parents, what close me is only my cell phone. The information my parents searched in the internet was send to me, I can take bus or other vehicles. Fortunately, when I arrived there, the last bus had gone. I turned to local people for help, with their assist, I took another bus then took a taxi, and I succeed to reach my destination. During the process of find my way, I landed myself into losing way's trouble for several times. If you try to find choices, the absence of choice is a circumstances that is very, very rare.

It may cause headache, when people are forced to make a choice. Which kind of choice is worth to making? The answer should be considered from the view of society. People's dilemmas were always whether this choice can make him great advantage; maybe these dilemmas should not confuse them. When we can not clear if this choice can help ourselves, we should consider its social profits. Society can be benefit from this choice for long time, which deserves to be select. For example, LAN Fang Mei, the great artist in China, had to make a choice between two. Janpanese Fascist forced him to performance before their diector, or he won't be admitted to performance in China. Mr. Mei firmly determined to no longer performance in China. He made this choice by the nation profit instead of personal profit.

Our society is going on with a mass of choice, everyone has to make choice everyday. Nation meat the policy choice, citizens meat personal choice, no matter what choice is, we decide which choice to select based on whether the choice damage most of people's profit. Society is made up by every person, if every body in this society neglect the right of others, our society will be face to collapse. It is our duty to consider other people in our society, even if we do make our personal choice.

Overall, I highly agree the issue that the absence of choice is a circumstance that is very, very rare. We also should think our choice carefully, and the right of others should be considered in our thinking process.
