In modern society, the competitionbecomes more and more drastic so that many people spend more time andenergy on working.But how about family, it is also a very importantpart in people's life. Obviously, a good atmosphere and communicationis the guarantee of good life and better career, which can play therole as catalyst. So I hold the opinion that staying with family isalso as same important as working.

Admittedly, a good family life cansupport and encourage a people to do better in the way of career.With the help of family, the person will have a good emotion andrelaxing feeling before going to work in every morning, which willimprove the efficiency. Assuming that a people has been working on abig project for several days, if he always quarrels with his wife aslong as he returns home. How could he can concentrate on working, howcould he have interest in what he is doing, and if the conditioncontinues, how can he successfully accomplish the task and be praisedby the boss or colleague. So though good family atmosphere is easy toneglect, it means valuable for people.

It is with no doubt that a good familycan make your release the stress from job and let you feel comfort.There is an old proverb saying that there stands a nice women at theback of every success man. Sure, a good wife will often propose goodadvices for you, remind and do favor to correct your mistakes, whichis only done by the closest person. Moreover, if you have somedifficulty no matter from job or in your mind, you can open yourheart and talk loudly to your family, which is a better way torelease your stress. Everyone will listen to you and help you, afterthat, you will refresh yourself and can continue to fight next day.

A bettercareer means that more efforts, more time and more energy should beplunged into it, which may even sacrifice your health and so forth.But a good family life has the same value.
