There are many people with high enterprise and broad range of knowledge in this competitive society, however, it is those who with an ability to create that are outstanding. While some people claim that planning carefully is also a good way to solve problems, I think creation is superior to it in some aspects. I will support my point with two reasons.
To begin with, being creative will bring people to a new field, which may lead to new discoveries and inventions, means a great breakthrough in one’s life. Taylor, one of the greatest managers in America, created a theory of scientific management which made his small factory become the leader in the industry. Taylor deeply understood the phenomena that workers were lazy, lack of efficiency, with negative attitude toward works result in a huge loss from profit, so he began his famous sets of experiments which had never been done before and provide the standard which instruct workers work more effectively. This idea that studying management in a scientific way brings him to the peak of his career and leaves posterity a fresh direction to explore.
Secondly, it helps us to improve the quality of life to cope with things creatively. Almost for sure, people have tremendous problems in their life, but creation could be a key to all of these problems. If you arrange your life totally according to a plan there are always numerous obstructions you can’t get over since these obstructions are the product of the regulation and plans. You get used the existing of them, so you won’t regard them as something should solved or even don’t recognize they are the facts which may ruin your life. Considering your life in a creative way is good to overview your situation and potential dangers of life.
All in all, being creative not only contributes to a success in work, but also helps to improve our lives. We can hardly neglect great benefits it brings to us. As a column of China Daily newspaper says, “Creation is the soul power in 21st century.” Thus I argue that being creative is easier way to find the beat solutions.
