Being creative or planning carefully has more choice to find the best solution to a problem. In my opinion, being creative is more possible to deal with a problem well. Problems are coming out anyway at any time, and we cannot predict them. So planning carefully cannot overcome a problem if we do not foresee it before. At this moment, being creative is more flexible to solve a problem when it comes to face. Therefore, in order to find the best solution to a problem, being creative is better than planning carefully.

On the one hand, being creative is very good to solve a problem. No creation no progress. The society is made up of many problems, and people are using the wisdom to solve problems one by one, so that the society is striding forward day by day. Being creative is the best way to solve problems, because creation brings to the society many things which do not exist before. For example, nowadays people can use cell phones to communicate to others at any time and at any place, and the internet has so huge function that people cannot live without it today. However, people cannot invent them if we do not solve problems by being creative. Therefore, being creative is much better to find the best solution to a problem so that our lives could be made better.

On the other hand, planning carefully, in terms of variety of instances, cannot solve problems well sometimes. The reason will be apparent if I use a philosophic opinion. In the world, everything is being on movement and no one can stay stillness. In another word, if everything is changing over the time, we cannot plan a thing so carefully that the thing develops in the plan. Moreover, the best solution to a problem is different at different period. At this moment solution A may be the best one, but after some time, solution B might be the best one. So planning carefully is not very good because the problem will change and we cannot predict how the problem will change in the future.

In the sum, the society needs creation to solve problems so that people could have a better living condition, and planning carefully sometimes cannot work on problems. Therefore, I consider that being creative is better than planning carefully to find the best solution to a problem.
